The apartment is located in the heart of Yerevan on Vardanants street 11, a 2-minute walk to the Republic Square and Northern Avenue, next to the metro station "Khanrapetutyan Khraparak" (Republic Square) with access to the central square, the building of the Government of Armenia, the Art Gallery of Armenia, the Historical Museum of Armenia, singing fountains and the Vernissage. The apartment is on the 4th floor of the 6th floor of the stone house. There is an elevator in the six-story building.

We can provide a breakfast (not hot and at additional price) at the request. There is also a nice restaurant right at the entrance of the building, and there are also many other restaurants and cafes in the area (very close, all a couple mins of walk) where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner.
