Beach condo vacation rentals in Avalon

The house was very spacious and accommodating. Great location near the beach and boardwalk. The host always responded quickly and was very easy going. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location, within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and less than a block from the beach. My favorite part of the condo was the balcony that faces the ocean and we could listen to the waves at night. I will definitely be staying again!

This was our first time in AC staying at a non Casino Hotel, which was amazing, we had plenty of room, could cook, and could easily walk to each Casino, would choose this place again and will definitely stay in this same place!! Exceeded my expectations for sure!

We had a great stay at Karen's place. The Condo is nice, clean, stocked and ready for guests. Karen was more than accommodating, friendly and responsive. Feel like we found a hidden gem in Brigantine and Karen's place. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning!

Great location! Perfect spot for a weekend getaway for my family. Our two small children lived watching the water every time we left or came back. Very walkable to everything. Great parking. Awesome hosts!

Thank you Jen my family and I had a phenomenal weekend the place is better in person this will be our go too place when we visit Atlantic City I have 3 children ages 8,10 and 16 there was only one tv in the living room so I reach out to Jen she immediately had one delivered the next morning that’s what stood out the most a host who cares I thank you for your hospitality that was the cherry on top 😊

This place is the best we ever stayed. Everything you need is the kitchen was there. Looks better in person. We will definitely stay there again when in area. Beds are extremely comfortable which is important because I travel with my mom that has back issues. Large Living TV for movies. Close to the beach also. Thanks for making my getaway great!!!

This was by far one of the best air bnbs I stayed at that felt right at home. The entire place felt comfortable for our entire group. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make anything.

Krista’s place is a perfect place for 2 or 3 at the beach. Everything was super easy from checking in to checking out. Great location to the beach…. Just walk out the door and you are a few steps away! We will be booking again in the near future. Thx for a great stay!

This is a beautiful place, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking our morning coffee and watching the horse carriages go by. Location was very convenient, walkable to bakeries, beach, restaurants and Washington Street Mall. Bonnie was a great host and always responsive. It was a great place to stay and hope to be back! Amazing! Our girls getaway at Roxana‘s place was just perfect! Her home is absolutely beautiful; we really appreciated the beach decor and wonderful touches that made. our stay so comfortable and relaxing. Having four bedrooms was ideal. Our favorite part was the outside deck. It was so great having coffee outside in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Her place is so clean and welcoming. Roxana made the check in process so easy and followed up to make sure we had everything we needed. And, the location is perfect. We were able to walk a couple of blocks to the fun boutiques and restaurants, and then just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. We hope to return soon! Thank you, Roxana, for making our weekend so pleasant and memorable.

We wanted to introduce our British friends to the wonders of OCNJ and I am so glad and grateful that I booked Amy's beautiful home. Amy's house was immaculate, homey and had everything we needed to have fun at the beach during the day and totally relax in the evening. We spent many nights sitting on the lovely porch talking, reading or just napping. The ocean breezes up there were wonderful. I also loved the location of the house - easy access to the beach and the quiet end of the boardwalk which I like but not too far from all the boardwalk has to offer. I highly recommend Amy's home and am looking forward to getting the chance to book it again in the future.

Wow, this place has everything!! Great location, comfortable beds & couch and so clean. The location is close to all the bars in North Wildwood and there's a great breakfast place directly underneath. The whole house was comfortable and the bed linens were so soft. And the cleanliness, it was so clean!!! Everything was perfect & I already asked to book next year!!

Monica’s place was perfect for me and my three children (ages 6, 9, and 11). From the thoughtful decor to the comfortable beds and well-organized kitchen, every detail was spot on. The home had everything we needed, and the smart washer and dryer were a huge plus—especially with kids! The highlight was definitely the rooftop deck, where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets each evening. The location is ideal—within walking distance to downtown and plenty of restaurants and shops along Asbury Ave. We also tried several of Monica’s restaurant recommendations, and they were all great. Monica communicated well and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. Her home was an excellent fit for our family, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!
