Super cute, great location, had everything we needed! Would love to come back!

Great and prompt communication. The place was clean and location is perfect; its walking distance to everything we were looking for. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and nice, and the place is well lit, bright cheery.

This was our second time staying here. It was amazing. Edward is super responsive. Great location to walk to many places. The house was very clean and the views were great with all the windows. It was the perfect spot for our family!!

Dave’s place was nothing short of phenomenal. I’ve stayed at many an Airbnb and have never had such a pristine experience along with a host that was bending over backwards. I don’t think I waited more than 10 minutes for a response from Dave when I had a question. The location is at the top of cape may with beautiful scenery in the front and total privacy in the back. I can’t encourage people enough to stay here! It was perfect.

Roseanne's place was amazing. So adorable, extremely clean, and had everything we needed. The cabana room was such an awesome space--both during the day and in the evenings. The private pool and easy access to the beach gave us plenty of options. So close to all the restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream spots, etc. that we only used the car once when we wanted to grab dinner in Cape May. Roseanne was super communicative and, had we needed anything, I have no doubt she would have resolved it immediately. We will definitely be back. :)

The house worked out perfectly for our family to enjoy a long weekend in Avalon to celebrate a wedding. Location was perfect and walkable to both the beach and town, which was a bonus! Ron was very responsive to any communications leading up to our stay. Highly recommend!

This place was a great location with plenty of space for our family. Short walk to the beach. Quiet location for naps for our youngest during the day. Handy to have the garage for storage, multiple showers to clean up after the beach, and a washer and dryer in the hallway to help keep up with laundry during the week.

It was a great place to stay it was exactly like the photos on line. Robin was great to work with.

Great location. Just a block and half from beach, restaurants and bars. But also in a quiet zone. So when it was time to relax, you can do just that in a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

Nora’s place was cute and perfect for the weekend! It was in walking distance of the restaurants and bars. If you don’t want to walk the mile, the jitney picks you up right on the corner. We loved our two night stay here and would definitely recommend/consider coming back!

Location was excellent - walking distance to the beach access, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants (and the best lobster rolls! Quincy's), and just in case you don't feel like walking, 2 parking spots right outside your door. The space was perfect for our family of 4. Very creative and efficient use of space meant everything had a place to be out of the way of 2 little kids running around and still easily accessible. The outdoor space was great for rinsing off after the beach and having a cookout. Bathroom was so clean! Jen and Josh were very easy to reach, and ahead of the game with clear instructions about our arrival and checkout procedure. To be honest booking and staying here was the easiest part of our whole vacation! Thank you, Jen and Josh

Cute and quiet little cottage -cozy and comfortable with everything you need. The setting is very peaceful & quiet on a lovely residential street. The garden patio area is beautiful. A terrific location for access to downtown by foot, and the parking is easy. A real gem in Lewes!

Patricia was quick to respond, pleasant to converse with, very accommodating. She made our stay in Cape May as good as it could be. If we were to go to Cape May again, Patricia’s home would be our place to stay. Thank you Patricia for making our stay so wonderful.

This was our fourth or fifth stay at Peter's cottage. He never disappoints. The place is clean, modern and has just about every amenity you could think of. Walking distance to great restaurants, the beach and the boardwalk. Yet it is quiet and peaceful at night. Peter is a great host- very responsive and friendly. We hope to get back there ASAP!

Michael is a gem of a host. He provided clear instructions and was very responsive when I messaged him. The space was clean and set up in a way that was open and could be separated; the enclosed front porch area and the back porch area can be more separate, private spaces with the doors and windows closed, or open spaces with the doors and windows opened. The backyard was private and beautifully landscaped, it is such a peaceful environment. *I also have to add that my family and I LOVED the outdoor shower and used it many times.* We would absolutely stay here again!

My family really enjoyed our stay at The House on the Hill. This cottage in Cape May is cozy, comfortable, and clean. It's a beautiful house with lots of outdoor spaces to relax in. And the location is perfect: conveniently close to the cape but far enough from any hustle and bustle of the crowds. Next time we must bring our furry friend with us as she would love it, too.

Was perfect for a quick little family get away. Very private, quiet, and cozy. Such a short walk to all the main attractions as well!!! Would definitely recommend to someone else and book again for my family. Thank you again

This was a most peaceful and lovely place. Lots of close amenities and things to choose from. On our stay it was a quiet neighborhood and beach is super close. We enjoyed our accommodations and comfort. Hosts were quick to any questions or concerns. Great communicators!
