Smoking friendly vacation rentals in São Paulo

This was a gorgeous place! It has a bohemian feel and features many charming details that are one of a kind. We especially liked the balcony, kitchen, and shower. In terms of location, it is in the heart of a lively neighborhood with tons of cool restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. There was a great Saturday morning market down the street. And Beco de Batman is very close and a one of kind street art experience. Due to club across the street, it can be noisy throughout the night on a Friday and Saturday, and we’d recommend ear plugs. Overall, it was an absolutely beautiful studio and amazing neighborhood to be in.

Great location, 100% accommodations, the building structure is also beyond words. I was able to do everything I planned to do. I definitely intend to stay again when I return.

I always try to book Ana’s apartment if it is available. I feel like my second home there. Great place, great location, very friendly staff work for the building. Very safe place. Love the gym too.

I had a wonderful stay at Henri’s place. The apartment is beautifully decorated, spacious, and well-furnished. The location is ideal, within walking distance of great restaurants and easy access to museums and parks. I highly recommend this place.

I loved my stay at Natalia’s place. The building is safe and secure and the room was clean and equipped with absolutely everything I could need! Natalia is the absolute best host you’ll find- she was so so helpful and always responsive when I had questions (and I had ALOT!) I highly recommend Natalia’s place- you’ll feel right at home 😊

The space is wonderful and was perfect for my farewell to São Paulo (with a farewell-worthy view) with my closest friends!

Great for BBQ, sunbathing, relaxing in the bathtub, the kitchen has everything you need, the room has air conditioning. It has a very complete market on the corner. We love the house, a haven in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were very well attended by Paulo and well attended by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super helpful and attentive. The house is cozy and you can feel the care in every detail. We had a wonderful time with friends and family, playing the piano and singing together, cooking and chatting while we prepared dinner... and the house, this unique environment, the way each space is presented, was certainly very important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house that embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back whenever possible!

What an amazing home! Very comfortable, clean, and private! We felt right at home. Location was great too, with good restaurants nearby, walking distance to the art alley (Batman Alley). We never felt unsafe. Giuliano was an amazing host. He gave us all the tips of where to go to eat and see and he’s always available! We’ll for sure be booking this home again next time we visit Sampa!

We stayed for the second time, we loved the space, Izy's kindness in welcoming us and showing us all the spaces, instructions on the fireplace, connection with Alexa, extra blankets. The swimming pool is a show apart. We want to stay more often. Excellent host

The space is cute, very cozy. The building is very quiet. I hope to come back again and again. Communication with the Host was excellent from start to finish. I was greeted by Antonia, Cortez's wife, she is so nice, she welcomed me very well, showed me the building and the apartment and explained everything very well. I definitely recommend it and will always come back!

It was an excellent choice. Marcelo, the host, a super accessible, kind person, and I really felt at home, as he said to feel. Everything was organized, clean, and I found it even more welcoming and high-spirited than in the photos. I enjoyed being there for a longer period, because the region has everything, access is easy, the neighborhood and staff are polite, the environment is functional, easy to keep in order, and it's fun. From the window, the view is really special. My experience was peaceful, both to study and have privacy, and to explore this region a little more. Staying longer was a good choice
