House vacation rentals in São Paulo

My stay was great! Marlene is an excellent host, always a lot. The house is very comfortable, the house smells and the wonderful beds, all very new, better than in the photos! We had a barbecue with the family and everyone loved it. I took my dog, a shitzu and even though it was a shared house in the same backyard, we felt totally at home with a lot of privacy! I will definitely return, thank you Marlene!

I had my friend's bachelorette party and the place was perfect. Everyone who arrived praised how beautiful and comfortable it was, with emphasis on the host's attention. Super recommended

The house matches exactly what is indicated in the listing. The location is great and, even though it is in an urbanized area, it conveys a delicious beach vibe. Dona Maria was a sweetheart to us — always friendly, attentive and ready to help with whatever was needed. The cleanliness was impeccable, the conditions are comfortable and the pool is simply sensational! As a suggestion to further improve the experience, it would be interesting to change some furniture, such as the sofas in the inner room that are slightly moldy, and perhaps consider darker curtains in the bedrooms, as the morning light comes in strongly and can disrupt sleep. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I definitely recommend it! And we thought about coming back more often.

Fatima's place is for itself! This was an absolutely wonderful experience. Fatima was the world's coolest lady who was always very helpful. Her husband was also very nice and her grandson always helped translate and make communication even easier. Me and my friend have never stayed at a better airnbnb and will definitely be back😁 The immediate area was extremely friendly and quiet and we were very well received by everyone there. As I said, this was an amazing stay, the pool was very delicious temperate, all of the barbecue equipment outdoors seemed like a charm and we have absolutely love every second☀️💙

I had a very quiet stay of 30 days. I was very well guided by hosts. Even with recommendations that are not foreseen in the stay. Recommending me safe place for parking and etc. safe place, family atmosphere, extremely close to Congonhas airport, which made it much easier for me to walk and return. I highly recommend it.

I was looking for an ideal place to have a friend's bachelorette party and was enchanted by the listing photos. To my surprise, the house is even more beautiful in person. We were all delighted with the space. Unfortunately, it was raining on the scheduled day, but the bachelorette party took place quietly in the covered places. Tânia is exceptionally attentive and helpful. I recommend the rental without a doubt.

The stay was wonderful. We rented while we were renovating our house, so we rented to “live” even for 1 month. The house is beautiful. I didn't feel like leaving. All perfect! It will be hard to get back to my apartment. Full house! It's my dream home! I tried to take care of it as if it were my home! Thank you for the wonderful accommodation Vitória!

Spacious house, with lots of beds, clean and with lots of resources. The only "problem" was that the living room was different from the photos, with many beds in place of other furniture. However, it was very worthwhile, I recommend it and would definitely come back.

It was one of the best stays I've ever had! The house not only matches the listing, but delivers even more. Super-equipped, clean and organized kitchen and leisure area. Super clean bathrooms, impeccable bed and bath linens. I'd like to highlight the housekeepers, who were very kind, friendly, attentive and discreet, and at no time did they invade our privacy. Comfortable, beautiful space, very good for groups who just want to stay, rest or use the house for meetings. Everything worked very well without any incidents or unforeseen events. I will definitely stay again and it is more than recommended!

I had a great stay! The place is small but incredibly cozy and well thought out. The bed is actually a high-quality mattress on the floor, and I was really impressed by how comfortable it is ( it feels like it has multiple layers and provides excellent support). I even asked the host about the brand because I slept so well! The sheets are top-notch, and there are plenty of pillows with different firmness levels to choose from. The compact kitchen has everything you need, and overall the space feels warm and welcoming. Daniel was a great host, very attentive and kind. I genuinely felt at home here. Highly recommended, especially if you value comfort and good sleep!

One unpleasant thing is the neighbor, inadvertently dropped a towel in her yard and she was super rude, other than that the police took a routine approach when I was arriving she was speaking ill ended up being embarrassed because I owe nothing to justice, let alone the gossip neighbor.

I was in the house for 2 days to celebrate my birthday, and it was just wonderful. Beautiful place and clean and very quiet. Since bedrooms, living room and kitchen accommodations, as far as the outdoor area barbecue and swimming pool are of great quality and good taste, I felt at home. Everything is perfect.
