The holiday flat is located in the green, near the Mount Sciliar, close to the lake Fiè. The flat is very spacious and has a private garden and an infrared cabin as a sauna. In summer it always stays cool even when it is very hot. Behind it lies the Völser Bach stream in front of a spruce forest, which is part of the Schlern Rosengarten Nature Park. The apartment is starting point for fantastic hikes in the Dolomites. The proximity to the Alpe di Siusi makes it ideal for skiing and snowboarding.

Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet

Die Betten in den Schlafzimmern sind aus Zirbenholz. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Ein Spielplatz und ein Liegebereich mit zusätzlichem Essbereich inklusive Grill im Freien stehen zur Verfügung.
