Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Australian Capital Territory

What a great location. We were right near the Artieral Road that took us towards any direction needed. Road works going on in the City (Civic) so was good to bypass all of that commotion. All the Siteseeing landmarks are very close, you can easily walk into Civic and Lake Burley Griffin. SOUND PROOF! Amazing!!!! We couldn't get the Fetch TV to work, but we weren't in the room much. definitely would stay again

Comfortable apartment, walking distance to good restaurants. Good pool and sauna. The extra comforts of home were very welcoming.

Scott and Felicity are great hosts with clear and responsive communication. The accommodation was as described and exceeded expectations. It is in a great location, a quiet area, and handy, especially for my work stay. The views from the deck included the top of the Parliament House flag, the Teletrara Tower, and the water jet on the lake. It is a great place to stay and highly recommended.

Linh was a great host. He was friendly, helpful and communicative. I particularly liked that he passed on his Mothers phone number in case I needed anything. That put my mind at ease, not that I needed it, his instructions were great. . The place was ideal for a work stopover and very nice. I'll be back!

We loved our weekend stay here so much we didn’t want to leave! It’s a fantastic apartment in an awesome location and it’s dog friendly! It had everything we could possibly need and Milo (our border collie) loved people watching from the picture windows in the living room. Aaron and co-hosts were very helpful and always available if needed. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed the stay, the parking garage was a bit tricky to figure out but good instructions but everything else was very good.

Brought the family of 5 down for a couple of days. Christo's place is centrally located to everything Canberra has to offer. No major attraction was further than 20 minutes away. There was plenty of space, inside and out, for our family to stretch out. The yard outside is well kept and the house is furnished for comfort and a traditional style I personally enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked and everythings located intuitively. Competitive price for school holidays including ANZAC day. Top marks, highly recommend.

We were down to see one of our daughters new townhouse & new grandson nearby at Duffy it was very conveniently located only 11 minutes away. We stayed for 4 nights found the bed extremely comfortable as advertised plenty of space in all the rooms, comfortable lounge chairs, we didn't cook this time but all the basics were there & is a well set out kitchen. The showers in both ensuite & main bedrooms are very spacious. The laundry was very easy to use with outdoor clothesline dryer & airing rack available. Also having the carport right next to the house is very convenient for unpacking as well as keeping any weather off the car being autumn, the outdoor sensor light helped when arriving back at night. The only thing I would recommend is maybe some instructions for the air-conditioning/heating system as we don't have any at home it was very new to us but then I could have contacted Daniel. We definitely recommend staying here & think we'll be staying here again next time we are in town.

Clean, comfortable and with four large bedrooms this suited us perfectly. The host was easy to contact and very accommodating. The driveway is short and steep, but manageable. Location is great for access to Stromlo.

Always love staying at Chris and Ivan's place. They are super responsive and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. We arrived late on the first night, and they turned on the lights and heaters for our arrival - great touch! All amenities you need, the choice of pillows is special. Highly recommend and look forward to staying with them the next time we are down in Canberra!

Ella’s place is so lovely, clean and comfortable. Feels just like home, we have everything we need including pots and pans, bowls and plates, paper towel and even USB charger besides the bed! And she is very quick responding messages. A wonderful stay!

A very comfortable and cozy place to stay on a cold and wet weekend in Canberra. It was disappointing that with the rain we were unable to spend time out on the entertainment deck. Thank you Joana for a lovely stay in Canberra, the thoughtful touches make this a home away from home, even for our dog who found the provided bed very comfortable.

Good neighbour hood to stay in. Far enough away from town without being too far.

My wife and I stayed here with my parents for three weeks and had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. Aaron was an excellent host, very responsive and accommodating from start to finish. The apartment was clean, quiet, and incredibly well stocked with all the essentials you don’t want to worry about on vacation, like garbage bags, dishwasher pods, and hand soap. We also really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit, both of which worked great. The internet was fast and reliable the whole time we were there. The building itself was very quiet, which made for great sleep all around. And the location in Barton is fantastic! Safe and peaceful, but still within easy walking distance of Parliament House and numerous museums. There’s a small grocery store right across the street, plus plenty of cafes nearby for a morning coffee run. All in all, we’d happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful apartment to stay in. The hosts Ruth and Alastair provided a great welcome pack and the apartment had everything you needed for a great stay. The apartment was a smart house but everything was very easy to use. The decor was modern and inviting. The location was great with the light rail just across the road and within a 10 minute walk a whole street full of restaurants. The free secure underground car park provided was also appreciated. The neighbourhood was safe even walking home at night after being out for dinner. We have no hesitations recommending this apartment if you are visiting Canberra and would return when visiting next time.

This is one of the very best. Everything works, is in the right place and is spotlessly clean. I couldn't be more at home if I was at home. And, it's pet friendly. I hope I can get this place again when I return later in the year. Good job Madison superbly located, beautifully presented and honestly priced.
