We had a great stay at Marijke & Steve's place. Clean, well-equipped and in a great location. Access was easy either by car or on foot. Really recommend to explore the different ways to get to both streets facing the apartment building (Emu Bank and Chandler St) when you arrive, as they are not on the same elevation. If you are particular about the floor location and view of the unit, make sure to ask the host before booking as the host has another unit which you may prefer (Heimat). Recommended host.

The apartment was beautiful and well maintained, with everything we could need. The cross ventilation is amazing, especially after a long, warm day walking about town. The surrounding rooms were quiet, the location is quite peaceful, but it's very easy to get into the centre of town where the action is, as well as being close to attractions like the NMA. The lake is close by for lovely walks, too. There is a nice bar and cinema down stairs, so you don't need to travel far for a night out. We would definitely be up for staying here again. The apartment was very clean, cosy and inviting. It was also well equipped. The bar and restaurant in the hotel were a great spot to eat or for a drink. Close proximity to other restaurants, cinema and the lake. If you like exercise you can take a great walk up Black Mountain. Daniel was an attentive and considerate host. We really enjoyed our stay.

Murad met us with the keys and took time to run through check-in/out process. He also gave us great local recommendations and offered us a late checkout due to our flight time. Murad was super helpful and responsive. His apartment is within a short stroll to Lake Burley Griffin, city centre & other great local attractions. Couldn’t have picked a better location nor apartment!

Jessica's place was just as described in airbnb. Beautiful, clean and with lots of kitchen appliances. finding a parking spot was bit difficult as there was lots of left and right turns but Jessica was one call away. We absolutely enjoyed our night. and will return back in future. Thank you Jess.

Great location for a morning walk by the lake, choices to eat out at your doorstep or everything you need to cook / eat in. We needed help with something one night and Andrea was responsive, and super friendly, a great host.

Carpark is a little hard to locate (fault of the lack of signage in the carpark, not Wendys). Wendy went above and beyond, so responsive to extra questions and providing directions. The apartment is lovely, great view and walking distance to everything (so no need to deal with the pesky carpark).

It's a good place to stay, very close to Lake Griffin and not far to go to the city centre.The view is good and you can see Montenegro where you can see the hot air balloon.The dryer was broken, but it was also easy to dry clothes on the balcony.The room has a lot of books and those who love to read must love it.The host is very enthusiastic.It was a good experience.

Beautiful property, perfect for an autumn getaway. The home is as described, with nice linen and comfortable sleeping arrangements. We enjoys the pizza oven, campfire and kayaks. Our family was lucky to see platypus and many large wombat holes. They also enjoyed patting and feeding the horses. Perfect place if you are looking for tranquility and an amazing view.

Loved the apartment and location! I was working and visiting family in Canberra Hospital. Had a wonderful 4 day stay at The Outpost. Beautiful peaceful natural surroundings on an idyllic bend in the river, lots of wildlife, kakaking, bush and river walks. We had never seen platypus in the wild but we saw them multiple times (mostly in 'platypus pond' the swimming area on the river). Mike and Rose (the caretakers of the property who live just up the road) were wonderful and had prepared the cottage very thoughtfully with some special touches for my 70th birthday. Can thoroughly recommend a stay at The Outpost.

Premium location, next to where the Anzac dawn service and parade march is carried out. Beautiful surroundings. Really luxury and spacy apartment with state of the art intercom system, in-basement garage parking space for 2 cars, state of the art kitchen esp with induction hob, those who cook will definitely love. Washing machine and dryer are so new and a must for those who do the laundry on a daily basis like my family. Plenty of space in the wardrobes and various cupboards. New carpets and flooring. Large bright balcony. Last but not least, you can't be disappointed with such a responsive host who responds to your questions within minutes and goes extra miles to make your stay a smooth and happy one. Yes, I can say with confidence that Nos is one of the best hosts on airbnb.

Loved staying at Normans property, not only was he an excellent host but the property is in a prime location for coffee shops and restaurants. We have a family of five so finding accommodation for everyone is not easy. We found that at Norm’s place, it was great for all of us. Next time I’m back in Canberra ( be it for work or a family function) & if Norm will have me I’ll be staying there. Thanks Norm.
