The house was absolutely perfect! We’re actually from Canberra, but I had some girlfriends coming to stay, so my husband decided to head off for the week,and he loved it! Daniel was fantastic, super helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. The place was cosy, spotless, and my husband said the location was ideal. He didn’t even feel like he was in Canberra! This is a beautiful house with plenty of character. It is very well heated and has an open fireplace if that is your thing. So many interesting photos of old Canberra and retro art. Reid is so close to the city and all of Canberra’s attractions, and plenty of parking across the road. The 5 bedrooms offer plenty of flexible bedding for a small group and the big dining table is fantastic for dinners and cards!

A very comfortable and cozy place to stay on a cold and wet weekend in Canberra. It was disappointing that with the rain we were unable to spend time out on the entertainment deck. The Host Tracy is an exceptional host who is highly responsive and attentive. Communication was seamless, and all guidelines were clear and easy to follow. Check-in Check-in was super easy and convenient. Tracy allowed us to check in early, which is very kind. The Apartment The apartment is bright and clean, with a cozy ambiance. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The Location Conveniently located in Braddon, close to many restaurants and shops, and within walking distance to Canberra Centre.

We had a lovely three night stay at Tracy's place in Braddon during autumn. The location was very central to going to see the Pompeii Exhibition at the National Museum of Australia, Lake Burley Griffin, the Old Bus Depot Markets, the Canberra Railway Museum and exploring the city to see the glorious autumn colours everywhere. We definitely did not have long enough! The apartment was lovely to come back to and relax and you can see the glorious sunsets over Black Mountain. It's on the main road but with the windows/sliding doors closed you don't hear the noise at all. Bed was very comfortable and it was nice to be able to enjoy a swim too. Would defnitely stay again. Thank you!
