Really enjoyed the peace quiet. The rooms were super cozy and clean. everything was well stocked. The host was quick to answer any questions. Five minutes from downtown Bellville and 25 minutes from Round Top. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

This place was exactly what we needed. The space had lots of areas to gather indoors and out with loads of charm. Perfect spot to walk for coffee in the AM, a few easy walking blocks from downtown with cute shops and other bites along the way. Highly recommend the crepes at Lucie’s on Milam. Would absolutely go back for a getaway with the girls.

What a wonderful stay. We visited this home with another family, so we had 4 adults and 3 kids (all under 3 years old). The home was friendly for our littles, not too many breakables or unsafe items to worry about. We felt like there was plenty of space for all of us. The real highlight though was the scenery around the house. Pastures with flowers blooming full of goats, sheep, and a single donkey, pig, and turkey mixed in. Feeding the donkey was a favorite. They also had a chicken area with adult+baby chicks. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen, and it had everything we needed. We forgot to bring chicken bullion, and Nahida was kind enough to share some of hers. A couple notes that may be helpful for future visitors: Some of the doors stick a bit, and it was hard for our 3 year old to open them if they were closed all the way. The bathroom is only accessible through either of the bedrooms which was a bit tricky after we put the kids to bed having to sneak through.

Beautiful home and location. Our family group loved the space and would love to stay here again.

Great stay! Four of us stayed for a long weekend of antique shopping, and it was wonderful to end our days enjoying the peace of being in the country. Bright stars, quiet atmosphere, great porch-sitting, and even some coyote entertainment far in the distance! Highly recommend, and we hope to come back!

If you're looking for a true farm stay in Bellville, this is your place! We truly enjoyed interacting with all the animals, especially the cat, the donkeys and ponies, the dog and the goats. The peacocks and horses were beautiful! My husband, daughter and I stayed upstairs. My mom stayed downstairs. We liked our upstairs bathroom. The pantry was nice. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and back patio. We appreciated the fenced in yard. We needed a place to stay for family reunion. Thank you!

Every now and then, life offers you a place that feels like it exists outside of time, this ranch in Cat Spring is exactly that. Pristine, peaceful, and beautifully untouched, it’s a sanctuary for the soul. The fishing was rewarding, the land felt sacred in its stillness, and the host welcomed us with genuine warmth. In a world that rarely slows down, this is a rare pocket of calm where you can breathe deeply, reconnect, and remember what matters. My wife and I first discovered this place through a YouTube video Jon B shared, and the moment we saw it, we knew we had to go. Experiencing it in person was even more meaningful than we imagined. I’ll carry this trip with me and without a doubt, I’ll be back. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the ranch. Very private and beautiful countryside. Was absolutely perfect for our group getaway!!! House has AMAZING character and there is lots of detail about its history which we also loved reading in the notes framed on the wall in the house. And the PORCH!!! Oh my goodness- perfect for an evening beer or wine! 🍷 So many friendly folks in the city of Columbus as well…. And appreciate the responsiveness of our hosts!! Will be staying here again!!!!
