This is our second time staying at Ms. Paula’s place and I can not recommend it enough! It’s such a cute house and beautiful surroundings. Ms. Paula is so kind and has everything you need at the house. It’s also extremely clean and Ms. Paula was very flexible with our check-in and check-out. We hope to visit again soon!

Me and my family had a nice great away. It was very relaxing. The house was big and roomy and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and we liked the big washroom. The sunsets were perfect. We will be back 🌆

What a lovely gem of a property tucked away just an hour outside of the west side of greater Houston. The property, house, and amenities far exceeded our expectations. The pictures in the listing are pretty but the property in person is gorgeous. We utilized both the main house and guest house. Not only were they spotless and fully stocked but the decor was so fun and Texas-centric. Our teen boys had a great time catching fish and exploring the property. Our younger daughter and her little cousin loved the treehouse area. The adults spent a ton of time around the fire pit both day and night- and oh boy, those night time skies out there. We even took time to have our family photos taken out there and the property made for a magical backdrop. The giant oak trees covered in Spanish moss were beautiful. We would absolutely book again for a near by get away. Just what we needed for a relaxing spring break. They even had a whole set up for a crawfish boil- which we took advantage of too!

Every now and then, life offers you a place that feels like it exists outside of time, this ranch in Cat Spring is exactly that. Pristine, peaceful, and beautifully untouched, it’s a sanctuary for the soul. The fishing was rewarding, the land felt sacred in its stillness, and the host welcomed us with genuine warmth. In a world that rarely slows down, this is a rare pocket of calm where you can breathe deeply, reconnect, and remember what matters. My wife and I first discovered this place through a YouTube video Jon B shared, and the moment we saw it, we knew we had to go. Experiencing it in person was even more meaningful than we imagined. I’ll carry this trip with me and without a doubt, I’ll be back. Highly recommend.

Our family had such a fun time staying here for the night. Wish we could have stayed longer we loved it so much , it was stunning! The location was perfect and so close to all the antique shops we wanted to explore. So peaceful, clean and quiet! The home had everythingggg you could think of too, some toys for the kids, games, I also forgot a hair tie and there was a cute little jar with some in it. I totally appreciated that as a busy momma. Perfect quick stay for our family. Thank you !
