You have private, enclosed and free parking. Two balconies give you the opportunity to enjoy the calm of the gardens. Excellent apartment, exactly as described. All amenities needed for a ski trip for 4, and very close to the ski lifts, bakery, restaurants and bars. Very flexible check in despite our late arrival- clear instructions for check in via the lock box made arrival very smooth. Will definitely use again on our next trip to Le Praz- thank you!

Beautiful apartment, well-equipped and superbly located in front of the ski lifts. Great for a multi-day stay for skiing or hiking in the summer. Restaurant and Bar 20 m away with stunning mountain and Tête de Chat views. A welcome booklet is sent by the owner in pdf before the stay on how the apartment works and its location which is very nice.

Very convenient for ski-in/ski-out and the main avenue de la muzelle is very close as well as the bus lines that serve the resort. Small and cozy the apartment is perfect for a family of four, it is also very well equipped. The meticulous cleanliness felt good there. Our only difficulty was finding a place although there is private parking ( very nice to unload luggage): with the snow the cars are spaced apart and it is complex to park in the private cul-de-sac but we were able to park nearby.

Beautiful accommodation, very spacious and pleasant. Great for a stay for 7 or 8 people. The place is even better in person than it looks in the pictures. Access to the slopes in 15 minutes by car (free parking in Areches), need a car for shopping. Thanks for our stay
