Situated in a small hamlet just outside the historic town of Domfront in the Normandy countryside this lovely holiday home consists of a large kitchen diner with fireplace and a lounge with a fireplace with wood burner on the ground floor. On the first floor are two light and airy en-suite double bedrooms, one has bunk beds. All rooms have views of the large garden that surrounds the property with several seating areas and a graveled terrace for outside dining. Plunge pool available in summer.

The apartment is quietly located, 5 km from the sea, in a 19th century farmhouse. A south-facing terrace (sun loungers, barbecue) at the foot of the accommodation overlooks a closed courtyard to which only the owner has access. Professional 5-seater Jacuzzi all year round, small swimming pool during sunny days. You will be seduced by the exposed stone and stone stairs You will have a good time even in winter thanks to the fireplace (wood provided) and the 36-degree Jacuzzi.

Charming house

Charming Norman house, renovated with a lot of taste. I really like the decoration, the house is renovated but I kept as many old materials as possible. Expect a journey through time, with modern comforts. Large garden with swimming pool heated to 28 degrees, the pool is open from April to September depending on the weather. The beach is 15 minutes walking. A large comfortable living room will allow you to enjoy your trip. A billiard room is available upstairs.

Pool and Tennis at the Orchard

Nestled in the heart of the Cotentin marshes in the hamlet of Montessy, this former farmhouse was renovated in 2011. It has a pleasant and cozy comfort with recent amenities. A 10 m x 4 m pool built in 2023, indoor or outdoor, heated, is available from early April to mid-November. A tennis court awaits athletes as well as 4 canoes-kayaks to navigate the river that flows at the end of the garden. Also available: ping pong table and adult and children's bikes)

Our accommodation (13 people max) is close to Caen (25 minutes) and the sea in a very beautiful countryside of the pre-bocage in Normandy. Easy access by car, train and airport. You will love our place because of its beauty, countryside, rest, horses (horseback riding possible), massages and indoor heated pool. Ideal for families of 4–10 people. The 4th bedroom is a very large hallway, so I very often put an extra bedroom in the annex for more comfort.

Guests have access to the swimming pool (15 June-15 September) and tennis court of the residence, as well as a double garage in the basement.
