The place is very nice and peaceful, perfect for relaxation, very clean swimming pool and the surrounding trees makes you feel at home. Our host and their staff are very friendly, they even gave me coconut, banana and sugarcane seedlings for free. Thank you and happy new year Mrs Jacinta and Mr Phil.

We had a wonderful family time in Eugene's Place. The beach is just a stone's throw away and you can have amazing views of the ocean especially during the golden hours. My son loved the pool and water was replaced every 2 days I think. We love the bermuda grass as we could walk barefoot or just lay around. My son also enjoyed the beach may it be low or high tide. There are a lot of hermit crabs crawling which my son enjoyed learning. If there is something I wish the place can be improved, the water pressure is low in the kitchen sink thus washing dishes is a bit of a challenge. And the bathroom sink needs repair. But overall, we had a great stay and would still like to come back. The place is worth the travel time & money!

Samboy is good and accomodating host. Since we checked in earlier, he let us use 1 of his open cottages near the pool.area for us to have lunch and rest while.waiting for the other guest to check out...the room is big, ideal for family or tropahan of 6-8. Hot and/or cold potable water is always availble....his home is near to almost all the attractions in baler, around 10-20 min drive as well as the public market...overall, our stay in Baler is so much comfortable because we stayed in his place.

It's really so easy to find the place. Host is very accommodating and always send reminders prior and during the stay. The room looks good and all amenities are in good condition, exceeded my expectation! The place is also near extablishments and restaurants.

This place offers exactly what you see. What we loved most about it was its cozy and peaceful atmosphere. You’ll truly feel relaxed and at ease while chatting with friends about life. The hosts were also incredibly accommodating, even assisting us in securing a tricycle for a tour. We had a wonderful time, especially since this will be my last trip with my friends for a while—a memory I’ll cherish when I travel abroad

Quality place, when you go out the door the beach is right there, very scenic view, what you see on the pictures are true, 100% recommended

This property was perfect for our family of 19 during our 5-day stay. The private compound had a spacious common area for everyone to relax, and while the beach is rocky and not ideal for swimming, it offers stunning views that made our trip peaceful and enjoyable. A small 5-foot-deep pool was available for soaking, and the kitchen was well-equipped with all necessities, including a propane stove. Each room had air conditioning and a small fridge, adding to our convenience. The location is about a 15-minute drive from downtown and the public market. The town is still recovering from a recent typhoon, so the internet was down, and cell signal was spotty, but this didn’t detract from our experience. A special mention goes to Cyra, the attendant, who was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, this property was a great deal and provided everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway.
