In einem alten Landhaus etwas abseits gelegen findet Ihr auf 60 qm eine kleine Küche, ein WC, ein Bad, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Essecke und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Für Kinder nicht geeignet. Vor der Wohnung ist ein Eingezäunter Bereich in dem Eure Hund frei laufen dürfen. Es steht ein Strandkorb und Gartenmöbel zum verweilen zur Verfügung. Ein schöner Wald direkt gegenüber lädt zum spazieren gehen ein. Bis nach Aurich sind es ca. 6 km, die Nordsee erreicht Ihr in ca 30 Minuten.

Und jede Menge Radwege zu lohnenden Zielen - Badeseen, Freilichtmuseen, Kletterpark.... Wir geben euch gerne Tipps. Für unsere Gäste stehen zwei Schlafräume zur Auswahl - ein Einzelbett und ein Queensize-Bett. Wir sind Nichtraucher und bitten unsere Gäste auf das Rauchen im Haus zu verzichten.

You live quietly - in the middle of the countryside - and yet you are just a few steps across the beautiful Schlossplatz in the city center with many small shops and restaurants. The harbor with bicycle and boat rentals, the swimming pool with a large sauna area, one of the most beautiful cinemas in Germany, the walking and cycling paths along the canal and through the surrounding fields and pastures are right on the doorstep.

Die Nähe zur Küste und zum Badesee Tannenhausen sind perfekt für Tagesausflüge. Die Wohnung wurde in 2015/2016 neu ausgebaut und ausgestattet.

In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten, z.B. Schwimmbad mit Saunalandschaft, Kletterwald, Boulderhalle, Kino, Badesee mit Wakeboardanlage. Sie liegt am Auricher Stadtrand und ist damit sowohl stadt- als auch naturnah. Die Wohnung hat alles, was ihr für einen erholsamen Urlaub nahe Nordseeküste und Wattenmeer braucht. Fühlt euch bei uns wie Zuhause!
