Located on the 3rd floor with an elevator in Hyper-center (80m from Hôtel de Ville). Equipped with a Smart TV Box. Tidy welcome. Close to all amenities, bars, restaurants, shopping, cinema and museum. Transportation by tram and bus 80 m away , train station 15 min away on foot. Garage according to availability to be confirmed in the reservation.

Several activities such as the spa directly on the terrace at the price of €15 or a boat trip on the Loire at the price of €70 are offered. Do not hesitate to let me know. The bed is not made but the linen is left to you for an extra €5. You are free to use yours or ours.
