Corie is one of the most accomdating hosts, of any Airbnb I have stayed at. She is very considerate and happy to try to help you meet any of your needs that may arise. The location has great access to the highway and surrounding towns. I will definitely stay again.

This was the perfect place for me while in Lima to be with my brother who was in the hospital. It was a short, easy drive to the hospital. And the room was a Haven of peace and quiet in the evenings after being at the hospital all day. Very comfortable and clean. I do not hesitate to recommend this place highly.

Everything was great. It was clean and comfortable, and Corie was nice. My only complaint would be the amount of spiders I had to kill. Sorry spiders, but I just can't co-habitate with you.

What a cool, vintage apartment. The original doors, windows, and cabinets gave it such a film noir vibe. Yet there were enough modern updates to make it comfortable. The couch and bed were soft and just what we needed after a busy day. A ceiling fan in the bedroom and a new thermostat kept the temperature just right. The location couldn't have been better. Just down the steps and outside the door, the Summer Moon Festival was in full swing with food, vendors, and entertainment. The sounds of the festival, however, never reached the apartment. The only noise was the train horn, but ear plugs were on the nightstand, just in case. Sarah obviously paid a lot of attention to detail. There was a full-length mirror, a hand mirror, bath products, plenty of towels, and extra toiletries. The cozy throw on the couch was just one of the small touches that made us feel welcome. Hands down one of the best, if not the best, Air B and Bs I've stayed in.

Our stay was perfect! We appreciated how squeaky clean everything was and how convenient it was for our trip to Urbana. Very peaceful each evening we stayed and so easy to communicate with the host. This property was perfect for a weekend with girlfriends. The property was comfy and clean. Pictures and descriptions represented it well. Everything was very easy. We did have an issue with the garage door not working, but Lynn was responsive and we were understanding. All four of us drove there and we had plenty of extra parking space. The view of the water was nice. We enjoyed the hot tub. Overall, the only thing that would keep us from coming back was just a lack of things we could find to do in the area. The weather was not great while we were there (end of March) and so we felt a little limited when we wanted to go out and explore. We enjoyed several local restaurants, although most are "pub-style" food. Overall, the condo was found as described and it helped to provide a comfy and accommodating space for our needs.

The condo is in a great location with beautiful views. I watched a stunning sunrise and sunset over the lake from the balcony. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you.
