Beautiful brick home in a well established neighborhood. Very safe and well lite. The basement is some 1,350 square ft and is newly decorated. Two full bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other with a Queen bed. Sofa makes into a bed if you need it and air mattress is available. Has a stackable washer/dryer. It is only 30 minutes from Montgomery and 25 minutes from Auburn. Lake Martin is just 15 minutes away. Tallassee is a quaint little town with a lot of history.

The home features a unique architectural design with a prominent roofline and natural stone exterior. A paved driveway leads up to the entrance, surrounded by manicured landscaping and shrubs, providing an inviting glimpse of the house set on a spacious grassy lot.
