Le Bon Coin is a single-story house, located right next to a nature reserve, recently renovated in an industrial style, with exposed beams. An elevator will give you access to two playful mezzanines, connected by a glass walkway. In addition to this, the accommodation is suitable for people with reduced mobility. A carport will gladly accommodate up to four cars. These are all things that make this home unique.

Close to the village of Laventie, you will be in a quiet independent wing of a renovated old farmhouse. The single-storey gîte is in a separate wing of the old farm where the owners also live.
