Less than 100 meters away are all shops of interest such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and traditional shops with local products.

The 35sq meters studio is on a very calm hill, surrounded by a protected area (Natura 2000) (no concrete street), about 2 km from Afantou beach.
