The house has a large pool, recently remodeled, always warm, inside a residential development with a golf course. The house is 750 meters, very comfortable with lots of light and green areas, a quiet atmosphere full of nature, ideal for rest. One street away within the development there is an Oxxo, restaurants, a coffee shop, and a bakery. Ideal for a walk or bike ride around the golf course. It's a very safe place where you can relax. Newly remodeled kitchen.
