Very clean apartment with everything in order. Close to the beach and the commerce, supermarket a block away! We loved the stay and Maicon always responded to us very quickly. The condo with the heated pool and game room made a difference. Our children have enjoyed a lot. We will certainly be back!

The flat is super cozy and had everything we needed, I felt at home. The view is incredible! Well located in front of the sea! Cristina, our host, is a sweetheart! We were given all the instructions we needed to enjoy our holiday in Tramandaí. When we arrived, we were greeted by Roberval and wife who were also super loved and attentive with us. This is my second time staying at this location and as always, the stay was wonderful! This time I went with my nene 7 months and he also loved, quiet place, wonderful view, with swimming pool to play with him, super complete apt! We will definitely return next year

This is the second time I've stayed at Nádia's apartment with my mother and daughter. Always very clean and organized. In addition, Nádia left some treats like very cold drinks, cookies and mini panettone, the air conditioning on already cooling the environment and a super nice letter. The caretaker, Mr. Alcione, who assists us, is always very helpful and polite. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It has everything we need on Av Paraguassu and it is possible to do many things on foot, including going to the beach. Family atmosphere, no noise. Everything is great. I intend to return again and recommend it to anyone who needs it!

Amazing apartment, super airy, wonderful view, well equipped, great location. Waterfront, lifeguard tower and kiosk right in front of the apartment. Flexibility in check-in and check-out, Mica is always kind and willing to help. Great place for those with cats! Screened windows, super safe.

Claudiomiro is very helpful, the apartment is extremely clean, wonderful! It has all the necessary utensils. The issue of air-conditioning for those who feel very hot is a little unfavorable, it is in the living room and not in the bedroom, so you need to leave the doors open and it is not cold, just pleasant, but overall great value for money, quiet condominium 1.5 km from the beach, we had a problem that the pool broke, but everything was resolved.

Great location, new and modern building, the only thing missing is an air conditioner. Grand hosts, there was a delay in check-in, but promptly offered to resolve the situation and offered me another apartment to stay, until mine is available
