Waterfront vacation rentals in Atlantic Canada

We are already planning to book this place again! We were visiting family in the area and decided to have a place of our own uptown. The location is next to our favorite restaurants and central to uptown. Everything we needed was within a block or two. The building was immaculate and secure which is very comforting when you are away from home. When we first walked in, we thought we'd like to live there (maybe not quite big enough for 4 adults permanently, but absolutely perfect for a vacation). We each had a turn sitting in the window seats and looking out over the harbour. When the Harbour Quay is finished, this will be such a beautiful place to people watch from. The space was clean to the standards of a high-end hotel and decorated beautifully. The beds were so comfortable, I hated to leave! The bathroom was huge with a separate entrance from the master bedroom. And finally - although it was actually our first stop - the local pub downstairs has local micro brews on tap.

Chelsea’s place was beautiful, she was very responsive and super friendly! Her place was so clean and tidy, would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This was a perfect place to stay…located along the waterfront, near to restaurants and grocery stores, and also the rail trail. It was very comfortable and quiet. I will certainly look to stay here again!

Myrtle is a wonderful host. She is very willing to help guests and solve various problems. Her Airbnb is wonderful, even more so than in the photos!

Our stay at Sara's place was just perfect! What a tranquil, beautiful, spacious, clean, fabulous spot! Sara is a fantastic host, who greeted us with coffee, muffins and wine! Her lovely property is well-equipped, private, and we enjoyed the woodstove! Although we didn't have time to sit at the waterfront, it has great views. Her location is very central and easy to get to the Cabot Trail. All-in-all, a first-rate BnB!

We had the pleasure of staying at Meghan and Marc's Airbnb once again, and it was another fantastic experience. Just like our previous stay, they were excellent at communicating and made sure everything was clear and easy from start to finish. Their place was spotless, exactly as shown in the photos, and incredibly comfortable. After long days of work, it was the perfect retreat to relax and unwind. We truly appreciate the attention to detail and hospitality, and without a doubt, we’ll be back again for another stay! Highly recommend!

The house was exactly what we were looking for: relaxing with great views. The marina with fresh seafood within walking distance was icing on the cake.

Couldn't have booked with a better host. So easy to communicate with and very amenable to a few changes because of bad weather.

We were in the area visiting family and friends. The cottage was on a beautiful waterfront. The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious with games to play, netflix etc. We found everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The house was clean and a beautiful place to stay. Just a ferry ride away to brier island, we visited pond cove (beach), western light has a breathtaking sunset, nothern light has nice walking trails and we had drinks and a delicious meal at Chetwick's !!

What an amazing spot! My family and I enjoyed mornings on the dock, watching spectacular sunrises and daily sightings of bald eagles. The walk down to the dock was lined nicely with stone steps and once on the dock it was hard to leave. The three kayaks allowed us to explore the coastline and although the shoreline was rocky, we enjoyed a dip in the cool September waters. The house was perfectly decorated and equipped with everything and anything needed. Lisa was great to work with, quick to answer any questions and accommodating with requests. The beds were extremely comfortable and the view of the sunrise each morning, priceless. The location was perfect, within minutes from a venue where we were attending a wedding and a few restaurants, although we hated to leave the house. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home that slept seven of us comfortably. If you're looking for a peaceful spot with stunning views, this place is perfect. We would love to visit again.

Lili & Cristian’s place were as described, well-equipped kitchen and cozy living area, which made my family stay feel like a home away from home. Additionally, the location was perfect, allowing easy access to the national park and many other local stuff.

The photos don't do this place justice. It was spacious and squeaky clean. Beautiful views of the water. For a busy marina it was pretty quiet. During the day there would be people just outside the unit talking but nothing disruptive. Great price for a beautiful place. Only about a 25min drive to Bar Harbor. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved Jeanne’s condo. It was very comfortable and in a great location. Could walk around the little town of Mahone Bay, or enjoy the view from the balcony.

Had a great stay at Angela’s place. Very smooth check-in, Angela was very friendly and accommodating. For the apartment, the attention to detail was excellent. You can really tell this is a “home” that’s looked after well and has been lived in. Gizmos and amenities in all the places they should be, whether it was little hooks for towels, the kitchen scales/appliances/utensils or the clock in the bedroom. These are all small details, but really make it feel homely- everything seemed to be where it should be! Highly recommend!

Awesome experience to stay at the rotating house! Condo was very clean and felt like right at home! Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Everything was just as it should be. Great views. Emily was prompt and helpful in providing a couple of extra things we requested. Very nice place for a winter get away!

Excellent stay in this flat, very well equipped, well located and as per the photos. Patrick's instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear and allowed guests complete autonomy. Only downside: it's true that the flat is not very well soundproofed, so it's easy to hear people upstairs. Otherwise it was perfect!
