Cottage vacation rentals in Atlantic Canada

Perhaps our best Air bnb experience yet. We have stayed in quite a few but this one took the cake. Extremely well equipped and beautiful. Will book here again when we are in the area. Very modern, very clean and very cozy. The pellet stove was a huge bonus! Could’ve stayed there for much longer.

We had a great time in this apartment. The place is clean, well decorated and as in the pictures. We really appreciated the little touches left by the host (coffee shop, local guides, etc.). Communication was also great: fast and warm. I would 100% recommend!

This place is a wonderful spot for a getaway. The cabin is beyond cozy and perfectly clean with so much to do within steps of it. The walk down to the lake is short and sweet, and the kayaks are easy to launch and a great addition. Very grateful to have stayed here! The road down leading up to the resort is bumpy, so be weary of that especially if you have a lower car, but that had no reflection on the quality of this air bnb as a whole. I’d still recommend it to anyone staying in the area or wanting a little getaway.

Rebecca’s place was so peaceful, exactly what we needed for a long weekend away from home! The view and the hot tub were amazing, will definitely be back!

Amazing stay at this place. Devin was incredibly kind and friendly and the spot was just perfect. We loved it so much we last minute decided to stay another night and Devin was thankfully able to accommodate that! And the hot tub was incredible!

Owl’s Head is so cozy and peaceful. The space is very relaxing and Mary Jo provided helpful details to make our trip as restful as possible. The Camden area has so much to explore and Mary Jo was so kind to communicate with. We will for sure return.

We’ve been visiting cottage bear for 5 years now and it’s always a highlight of our year. The cottage and surroundings are beautiful and Liane is an ideal host.

The cottage was homey and very comfortable. Julie always responded to us very quickly, and stayed on top of all of our questions. The beach was incredible, the kids had as much fun as us. We definitely would recommend, and would love to go back!

We stayed two nights at McLeod cove and it was lovely! Everything was clean, comfortable and on a beautiful spot! I asked questions right before our teip and Shelia was so quivk to respond and very helpful! Would definitely recommend staying here to tour around CB!

Fantastic spot. The cabin is so well equipped and squeaky clean. Maggie has thought of everything! Walkable to town in minutes and private. There are even glimpses of the sparkling ocean. 5 stars!

This house was very convenient - the owners seem to have thought of everything! I enjoyed the clear labels all around the house so we weren’t guessing about light switches; the robes & slippers provided for the hot tub; and the thoughtful extras like mouth wash, extra toothbrushes, plastic wrap, coffee, and a lot of other things that are handy to have but you might not bring along. Even headlamps with a label, “to look for crabs on the beach at night!” The guest house is very close to the main house but we didn’t run into anyone. The hot tub was great, and unfortunately we didn’t get to explore the waterfront on our overnight but the location was easy to get to. We went to Stonecutters for breakfast and got to see some local towns on the way. A fun place to visit.

The kw house is one of a kind , relaxing on the patio looking down at the river ,well decorated inside and outside the cottage makes you feel right away on vacation , quiet and enjoyable Place,always having a perfect stay , will be back next year!

My family and I stayed two nights and had the best time. Joe had everything we needed. We stayed over thanksgiving weekend so we could go fishing, cooked a turkey and didn’t have to leave our pup home with a sitter. Beautiful property, so peaceful and my daughter loved the fire pit. We were a group of three moms and four girls ranging from 10-14 years old visiting Prince Edward Island for a week and this was a perfect place for us! Each of us moms had a lovely bedroom and shared a bathroom upstairs and the four girls enjoyed sleeping in the large bedroom in the basement and had a second bathroom down there. The girls also loved hanging out in the detached garage room! This home was a great place for us to enjoy all that PEI had to offer! We drove all the way to the east part of the island to stop at Dalvay by the Sea and then visit East Point Lighthouse, and drove west into Tyne Valley area, went to two shows in Charlottetown, and spent most of our days in the Cavendish area enjoying all of the Anne of Green Gables sights, Cavendish Beach, Avonlea Village, and a day at Shining Waters amusement park. The house had comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels, and felt safe and cozy. We would recommend it to others visiting the area!

We loved our experience at our cozy, stand alone cabin. The room is spacious and has everything you need. We would stay again for sure!

We've had a fantastic weekend! It's a very quiet area with amazing beach and great fishing - we couldn't ask better for catching up! Jenn was fantastic, always responsive and helpful!

Izabella was an extremely friendly and responsive host. She made our stay feel welcoming and offered some good local restaurants to try out. Her directions made it easier to find the cottage which can be easily missed if you're not looking for it on the highway.

A slice of paradise! Dennis has thought of everything and the cottage and Campobello Island are beautiful and relaxing. We will return!

This is our third time visiting these cabins. They are fantastic each and every time we come. Our visit was in the winter this time and during a storm. The owner was very communicative with us, and the drive was plowed early so access was decent. There was a shovel provided that we used frequently. The heat pump kept the place very toasty. however I don't believe there is much insulation underneath the cabins, so if you are travelling in the winter, bring slippers or else you'll have very cold feet!

Great place to stay, have everything you need to feel just like home! Clean rooms and close to some local attractions. I'd totally recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay at cottage #8. It's so private and the view was wonderful. We enjoyed the local beaches and restaurants but also appreciated cooking our own meals with the fully equipped kitchen and bbq. Our hosts were very welcoming and made sure we had what we needed to make the most of our stay.

Did. Not. Want. To. Leave. This cottage is wonderful -- a lovely space... a peaceful atmosphere... a water view with cloudscapes, boats and seals... an intriguing shoreline to explore... a friendly host's warm welcome... all combined to create a magical experience. We left feeling renewed and inspired.

Mark & Rachel’s place is a gem! This is our 2nd trip to Sunnybank Jr and we are already trying to figure out our plans to stay again next year. Our only regret this year was the shorter stay - we should have made it for 3 nights (or more)! But we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights here. The upgrades since last year are a wonderful addition. Our family feels right at home here. The beds are cozy, there’s lots of seating in the kitchen, living room, and newly added sun room, it has everything we need to cook a nice family dinner. You can’t beat the views or the proximity to the ocean. A hop, skip and a jump down the stairs, you are on the ocean floor (or in the water, depending on the tide :)). Mark & Rachel are wonderful hosts. Thanks for another great stay!
