Aunque solo estuvimos una noche todo estuvo excelente. Desde las instrucciones muy claras y completas, la apertura para permitirnos llegar antes, la atención y muy buena comunicación. La casa está increíble, muy linda, bien cuidada y llena de detalles para hacer agradable la estancia. Ojalá nos hubiéramos podido quedar más. Recomiendo ampliamente hospedarse aquí. Gracias por todo.

La casa es justo como en las fotos, amplia, limpia y con todas las amenidades. Es ideal para pasar un fin de semana relajado en familia, tiene una vista muy linda a la presa y los alrededores son súper tranquilos. Ale fue muy atenta y estuvo al pendiente de todo incluso antes de nuestra llegada.

La casa es excelente , la zona muy tranquila para pasar el fin de semana en familia , la Atencion de Manuel es muy buena siempre esta al pendiente. Recomiendo planear bien la notificacion de asitentes para que no demore su acceso.

El lugar es sumamente acojedor, pintoresco y cómodo. Está cerca del centro de Villa del Carbón en una zona tranquila y silenciosa, ideal para descansar. Las camas son cómodas y la televisión funciona muy bien, además el internet también es bueno. Pero lo mejor de este gran lugar fue conocer a Don Roberto, una persona que desde el segundo uno que hablas con el se nota su calidad humana y su compromiso con brindar un buen servicio, además de que charla amena y coordial. Sin duda volveremos.

This place is even better than it looks in the pictures. The house is as described and even nicer. Everything was very clean. The grounds are beautiful. In addition to what's pictured, there is a basketball court, children's play set, ping pong table, and two kayaks for the pond. We were allowed to check in early and leave late the next day, which helped us make the most of our stay and get a better value. There are three employees who were there to greet us when we arrived and give us a tour. They were all very nice and professional. They helped with cooking, washing dishes, starting a fire, etc. I was a little worried the main living area would be too small, but it wasn't, and we were quite a large group--almost 30 people. The kitchen is a bit small, but that's it. The only negative thing was that the house doesn't have heat, except one fireplace. Probably most of the year, that would be fine, but it was unusually cold while we were there, so the house was a bit cold.

Lugar muy bonito, todo el mobiliario de muy buen gusto y en buen estado. La atención y el servicio excelente, superó nuestras expectativas. Los desayunos que nos ofrecieron muy ricos y abundantes. Un lugar perfecto para descansar y compartir con la familia y amigos.

Pasamos un fin de año maravilloso. Ixchel respondía rápidamente nuestras inquietudes. La casa muy linda y tiene una excelente ubicación.
