Dans belle propriété Normande, venez vous ressourcer. Petit studio mansardé indépendant, comprenant une chambre, un salon (avec canapé -lit), douche, WC, balcon et table. Accès au jardin des propriétaires, plancha, barbecue. Attention, un escalier a monter pour accéder au logement. Pas de cuisine, juste un micro-ondes, frigo, vaisselle, cafetière, bouilloire. Welcome to Gite Des Roses, set within a 300 year old farmhouse surrounded by the Normandy countryside. Myself, my husband, our dog, cat and 5 free range chickens love it here. One dog allowed per stay. 2 on request. Dogs to be kept on a lead in garden. Our private one bedroom Gite has been fully renovated to a high spec in 2022 and is ideal for couples wanting a relaxing holiday yet only a 5 minutes drive to the nearest town with all amenities. Fishing lakes and 23km cycle path nearby

The Boulevard Apartment

The apartment has been fully renovated in 2024 and is on the ground floor of the house with private entrance. There is a private section of the garden exclusively for you with charcoal BBQ and seating areas. The property is located 6 metres from the River Orne giving you unique views from the lounge and bedroom. Towels, Bed Linen and Tea towels are included The property is not accessible for people with reduced mobility The bathroom has a walk in shower (no bath tub)

Le Joli Pre @the_little_french_house

Above the scenic Varenne river valley, this 300-year-old stone cottage has spectacular views of the chateau above and the ancient Notre Dame church below. Complete with a private meadow garden, we are just a 5 minute walk into the medieval city of Domfront with its cafes, bars, restaurants and many a boulangerie. Rich with history, beautiful flowers and breathtaking views of the sweeping woodland valley, it is a timelessly beautiful landscape.

Simpele maar complete studio

Studio midden in la Suisse Normande. Perfecte uitvalsplaats voor wandelen, fietsen en motorrijden. Gelegen aan de lange afstandswandeling GR36. Op 5 minuten rijden van la Roche d'Oetre. De studio heeft een slaapkamer met voldoende ruimte voor bagage en een keukentje en badkamer met douche, toilet en wasbak. Eenvoudig, maar van alle gemakken voorzien. De grote tuin staat tot uw beschikking.

Détendez-vous dans ce logement unique et tranquille. Cette maison a été rénovée dans le porche d'une ferme datant de 1671 avec des éco-matériaux (chaux, chanvre, bois). Idéalement situé pour visiter les Alpes Mancelles (8 kms) la forêt d'Ecouves (5 kms) ou la charmante ville d'Alençon (10 kms). A la campagne, mais pas loin du bourg où se trouvent tous les commerces et services.

Bien-être et repos dans un appartement-mansarde. Dans les 25m2 de ce logement charmant et tranquille, au 2ème étage d'une villa de 5 appartements, nous l'avons aménagé pour 2 personnes. Vous pourrez profiter du jardin et de la pergola, ou encore découvrir à pied Bagnoles, le château, le parc, la forêt et ses environs

Les Sapins

A renovated old cider barn, with plenty of original character beams. A cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen are found on the ground floor. Access to the first floor is up a spiral stair case, leading to a large open bedroom and bathroom, plus a separate Sipper bath located on a small mezzanine.
