Welcome to Gite Des Roses, set within a 300 year old farmhouse surrounded by the Normandy countryside. Myself, my husband, our dog, cat and 5 free range chickens love it here. Our private one bedroom Gite has been fully renovated to a high spec in 2022 and is ideal for couples wanting a relaxing holiday yet only a 5 minutes drive to the nearest town with all amenities. Above the scenic Varenne river valley, this 300-year-old stone cottage has spectacular views of the chateau above and the ancient Notre Dame church below. Complete with a private meadow garden, we are just a 5 minute walk into the medieval city of Domfront with its cafes, bars, restaurants and many a boulangerie. Rich with history, beautiful flowers and breathtaking views of the sweeping woodland valley, it is a timelessly beautiful landscape.

Enjoy a bright townhouse with the option to park a vehicle in front of the house or in the nearby parking lot. All shops within walking distance (bakeries, butchers, tobacconists, grocery stores ...see my guide ), bus station and SNCF. Very well equipped accommodation. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This house was renovated in the porch of a farm dating from 1671 with eco-materials (lime, hemp, wood). Ideally located to visit the Alpes Mancelles (8 km), the Ecouves Forest (5 km) or the charming town of Alençon (10 km). In the countryside, but not far from the village where all the shops and services are located.

Studio midden in the Suisse Normande. Perfect getaway for hiking, biking, and biking. Located on the long distance walk GR36. 5 minutes by car from la Roche d 'Oetre. The Firs

A renovated old cider barn, with plenty of original character beams. A cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen are found on the ground floor. Access to the first floor is up a spiral stair case, leading to a large open bedroom and bathroom, plus a separate Sipper bath located on a small mezzanine.
