Ivette’s apartment was exactly what we needed—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is perfect: tucked away in a quiet residential area but still very close to a lovely park, which was great for morning walks and fresh air. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly, and Ivette was a responsive and welcoming host. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful place to relax while still being close to everything you need!

Even though wasn't the place I rented because of an issue... the place was real nice but had some issues like the bathroom light didn't work or the gas was out for the pool ,things that they fixed while I was there that should of being fix before a guess comes ,coffee machine also broken so place was very nice and elegant but still some issues .great anyways

Needed a last minute place to stay when they shut the borders due to COVID-19 and we were unable to return to Canada. Ricardo communicated very fast and efficiently with us to help our stay be safe and wonderful.

Great place, highly recommend. Only two things to consider: Parking in the area is very expensive and the street is a bit noisy. A part of this I passed amazing time with my partner

Every time I travel to Lima I stay at these apartments AND I have recommended them to everyone as well. Location is great, the apartment is perfect, there is always a welcome package of food when I arrive, linens are spotless. And the hosts are extremely responsive and accommodating. Absolutely perfect!

I was very lucky to find Cecilia's place. great location, safe neighborhood, easy access to stores and restaurants. In this apartment I found everything I needed for my stay and I will not hesitate to book it again. Cecilia is a great host always making sure everything goes smoothly.

Book this place and you’ll be staying in the heart of Miraflores. To say this place was amazing is an understatement. It has all the amenities you need and is perfect no matter how long you stay. Gabriela was a fantastic host. She was responsive, kind, and generous. Whenever we needed something, she was prompt and accommodating to ensure we were being taken care of. This penthouse is close to all the amazing places in Miraflores and a short Uber ride away from wherever you need to go. Some highlights include: ⁃ A 2-minute walk to Parque Kennedy ⁃ A 20-minute walk to the ocean side and surfing lesson schools ⁃ Close to Spanish schools in Miraflores ⁃ Close to Metro, Wong, and Plaza Vea grocery stores ⁃ Awesome security team that are present 24/7 ⁃ A big kitchen with great appliances ⁃ Very comfortable queen sized bed ⁃ Close to lots of cafes and restaurants Book this place for your next visit to Lima and get ready to have the best stay ever!

I feel very blessed to have found this little haven driving distance from Lima. I was looking for a place to rest and be in peaceful, natural surroundings and this oasis was perfect. Communication was easy, friendly and both Rodrigo and Tatiana were extremely responsive which made me feel extremely welcomed and taken care of. The cabin was beyond my expectations - it was clear how much love and beautiful intentions have been infused into the space, with both comfort, beauty and respect for nature at heart. The view from the cabins are breathtaking! The area is very special too - between the beautiful river, the lushness of the valley, the rich birdlife and being right on the Inca trail there were some beautiful hikes and walks to enjoy. Tatiana even drew me a map by hand to explore the nearby ruins by foot as I was without mobile connection - so considerate and sweet. I will be more than happy to return some day to soak up the peace and quiet and beauty at this special place!

Location is great. Few minute walk for beautiful sunsets every night. Walking distance to so many restaurants. Three level apartment had everything we needed. We loved sitting rooftop and watching the paragliders off the coast. Wi-Fi was excellent and the bed slept excellent. Great value, great place!

Patricia was awesome! She made sure we had information about the surrounding areas, including shopping, walking and exercising nearby. Strongly recommended. Planning to go back to her place next time!

This was our second time staying at this wonderful Airbnb, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. We absolutely love this place — it truly feels like a home away from home. The space is clean, comfortable, cozy and perfectly located. At this point, we can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we’re in Peru. Already looking forward to our next visit! Thanks Ricardo for allowing me to celebrate my mom’s birthday at your place! Always a pleasure.

Large apartment with a beautiful view and a personal touch. The building has good amenities, 24-hour security and a parking lot that is very easy to drive around. It is located in one of Lima’s top residential areas.

We enjoyed our stay at Monica's apartment. The apartment is quite spacious, and includes a washer-dryer (one combined machine so you don't have to move the clothes over). The neighborhood is great too, a short walk to a supermarket and many restaurants. We also liked that the building has a doorman 24/7 which makes it really safe. They even let us store our luggage there during the day after we checked out (our departing flight wasn't until later in the afternoon). A couple things to be aware of: - There's no AC, which is probably due to Lima's mild climate. This was mostly ok (opening the windows keeps the apartment cool) but could be an issue on hot/sunny days if you prefer a cooler setting. - The windows don't have screens so if you're afraid of heights, don't look down ;). There aren't many bugs in Lima so that wasn't an issue, but it might be good to install screens for more safety. Overall the place was great and Monica was a super responsive and helpful host.

1. El departamento muy seguro y cerca de casas de cambio y lugares para comprar lo básico por ejemplo agua, etc. (Existe una pequeña tienda a 1 cuadra) 2. Al momento del check out nos permitieron quedarnos un poco más ya que nuestro vuelo era de madrugada. 3. La comunicación excelente. 4. La vista espectacular. 5. La Piscina una maravilla, un poco fría pero muy bien. Debes reservar con 24 horas de anticipación para usarla. 6. Se podría mejorar más, si se coloca un secador adicional en la cocina y quizas un poco de azúcar, café o té. Tambien, hacer el cambio de toallas a los 3 días. 7. Finalmente, MUY RECOMENDADO, SI VOLVEMOS A LIMA, NOS VOLVERÍAMOS A HOSPEDAR.
