Andrea fue muy atenta ante los requerimientos que solicitábamos, el lugar estaba muy limpio, el lugar era tranquilo y tenía muchos lugares a los cuales pudimos visitar, estamos muy agradecidos.

Gustavo’s place was exactly as it shows. We felt like home. We recommend it if you are looking for a nice cozy place. Thank you for everything.

If you are wanting a very convenient and Excellent location that is Safe, walkable, ect, I would highly recommend Patty’s apartment. The apartment has a great rooftop, excellent amenities, great staff, clean, and overall a great apartment. The host Patty is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes well and is super responsive to any needs or concerns you might have!! Again, I would highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Barancco! This apartment really made my Lima trip so much better!

Views are marvelous and the spacious apartment is so comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the apartment and watching surfers, joggers and the waves rolling in.

Durante mi estadía, Sharon siempre estuvo atenta a las consultas que tenía. El alojamiento estuvo impecable y tiene una bonita vista. Es un gran lugar para salir de la rutina y encontrar tranquilidad. Está cerca de un supermercado completo. ¡Recomendado!

Es la segunda vez que me alojo en un departamento de Juan Daniel, y desde luego no es la última. Como anfitrión es un 10/10, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y pendiente de tu bienestar. El departamento es muy pequeño, pero tiene todo lo necesario. Es perfecto para alguien como yo que trabaja en remoto, viaja solo y no pasa mucho tiempo en la casa. El barrio es tranquilo y muy bien comunicado con autobuses, el Metropolitano, combis y mototaxis. Si quieres conocer la vida en Lima como es realmente, y comprar en el mercado, ir en el transporte público y conocer a las personas que viven ahí, es el alojamiento ideal. Espero regresar pronto al mismo departamento.

Apartamento: Totalmente equipado su cocina, los espacios tal y cual las fotos, muy fresco privado y tranquilo. Impecable en cuanto a limpieza. Ubicacion: muy buena, cerca a varios restaurantes y supermercados. Host: victor es muy amable, atento y buena persona. Responde muy rápido! El apartamento es todo lo que promete, exactamente como las fotos. Inclusive hicimos uso de la parrilla, personal de seguridad 24h y muy amable. Estuve un mes y recomendando. Siempre hay cosas que pudieron estar mejor, pero nada dependen de María (que siempre estuvo pendiente a cualquier cosas), están construyendo la piscina del campo deportivo en frente (así que todos los días desde temprano están trabajando construyendo maquinaria), también el tráfico en hora punta (los claxon desde las 6pm hasta las 9pm).

Excelente estancia, nos sentimos muy agusto, muy bonita y acogedora, excelente zona, sin dudarlo seria nuestra opcion nuevamente. Muchas gracias a los anfitriones, disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia.

I love the location of Renzos place. Spacious, great views and everything you could need, steps from your door. And across the street is a big, beautiful park. Plus the outdoor space is hard to find in Lima. Would definitely recommend Renzos place!

Stayed a month at the place. The apartment in San Miguel is in a convienent location for tourist. 20 min from Miraflores a tourist hotspot, and 10 min from San miguel plaza a nice large shopping mall that has all you need there. My partner and I spent alot of time shopping and eating there during our stay. The apartment has nice security staff that are well aware of Airbnb and will assist the best they can. The pool is closed on Mondays and from 12 - 2. As well as the Gym from 12 -2 every day. Security has to be there I believe, which was not ideal at times. You have to get used to that schedule. The hotwater for the shower you must flip a switch an hour before use, then turn off after. The hotwater may not last that long either, but good enough to wash off and save water. Host was available to message consistently if there were any problems and thus was able to have a good time here.

Overall we had a great stay and recommend as a good value place to stay in Miraflores. We loved the excellent location, comfortabale bed , high quality linens, prompt and friendly commu/nication from Lorena. Everything was clean and spotless. Nice to have a generous stock of toilet paper for our week stay. There is a grocery store across the street that is stocked with everything you need. The 24 hr security staff were very helpful and friendly. A few improvementss would make it even better sunch as new fry pans, chairs for the balcony and a more comfortable couch.

Great location, awesome restaurants and bars nearby. Ricardo was a great host, flexible with our checkin and super friendly.

Jeanpierre was an incredible host!! He allowed us to make his space our home for three months which made for a memorable and special experience. He was always quick to respond to any of our needs and his little space is a must if you are in Lima! We will most definitely be back and highly recommend this space to anyone considering a visit to Peru! 🇵🇪

This was such a wonderful stay! Although we weren’t able to stay here long, it was perfect for the day, Mabel was very hospitable and communicative and the views were stunning. Would definitely recommend!

Adriana was extremely easy to deal with, her place in the Miraflores neighborhood of Lima was beautiful. It was on the 19th floor of an apartment building with a casino in the lobby. The area was safe and secure with the doorman very easy to get in and out with code,was a duplex apartment living area and kitchen on the first floor two bedrooms on the second floor and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Everything was very clean, beautiful balcony five stars would highly recommend.!! Great price
