The Superior Apartment is located at Gascona 26, right in the centre of Oviedo, and it is the most spacious and brightest of our apartments. Being on a third floor and facing several inner courtyards, it enjoys much more natural light and a peaceful atmosphere for a comfortable stay. The layout is practical and comfortable for longer stays: one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. It is a very versatile option for couples, small families, city breaks or work trips. For the warmer months, there are ceiling fans in both the living room and the bedroom. In winter, the apartment has central heating. The windows also feature double glazing with excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, helping to keep the apartment comfortable all year round.
