The studio includes one space with a small kitchen, a living space and a bedroom isolated only with a few wooden stairs and a curtain from the rest of the house. There is also a bathroom and an internal staircase from the entrance to the main space. It also has a beautiful terrace with unlimited view to the sea and the rest of the island where you can sit and enjoy you coffee or wine undisturbed. The house is very centraly located at the foot of the castle hill of the Chora.

My place is located on the hill of Schoinondas beach, 40 meters from the sea. It offers spectacular 360° views. Supermarket, bars, restaurants and buses are within walking distance. The airport is about a kilometer away. At the marina of Matezana you can watch the gulets return and buy freshly caught fish. The most beautiful beaches of the island, including the renowned Blu Limanaki, are minutes away on foot. The main village, Chora, is about 9 km away.
