The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

Welcome to our family-friendly apartment for 3-4 people. It is located 200 m from the edge of the forest and is the ideal starting point for hiking or cycling tours to "Kroppacher Schweiz" and with connection (1 km) to the Westerwaldsteig. Two playgrounds are not far away and there is plenty to discover, e.g. Hachenburg with the historic market square, the Marienstatt Abbey with monastery garden & brewery, the Westerwald lake district, Bad Marienberg with climbing and animal park.

Our apartment is located right by the forest in the magnificent landscape of the WESTERWALDS. Near Obererbachs is the excellent WESTERWALD STEIG and other charming hiking, cycling and motorbike routes, ideal for day trips. Our village of Obererbach belongs to the district of Altenkirchen. In the village within walking distance, you will find the Obererbach train connection (one stop to the center). By car, you can reach the nearest shopping facilities in about 3.5 km.

Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und liegt im historischen Dorfzentrum von Oberholzklau. Ich habe die Wohnung mit einem vollwertigen Arbeitsplatz (zweiter Monitor) ausgestattet. Wenn du also Teilweise von dort aus arbeiten musst und dich gerne in der Natur aufhältst, dann bist du hier richtig aufgehoben. Natürlich eignet sich die Wohnung aber auch um dich zu erholen und einfach ein bisschen Dorfromantik zu genießen.

The property is idyllically located on the outskirts of Rotenhain overlooking forest and meadows in the middle between Hachenburg, Westerburg and Bad Marienberg. The apartment is on the ground floor. I live with my partner on the upper floor. The beautiful garden with terrace can be shared and is great for relaxing, barbecuing or playing for children.
