Ευρύχωρο,φωτεινό ,με ότι μπορει να χρειαστείτε. Το διαμέρισμα είναι στον τέταρτο όροφο και υπάρχει μεγάλο ανσασερ . (Στο ασανσέρ υπάρχει εσωτερικά φωτοκύτταρο ασφαλείας το οποίο δεν επιτρέπει την λειτουργία του εάν κάτι πλησιάσει πολύ κοντά στην πορτα) 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία της πόλης . Θα βρείτε φούρνο,σούπερ μάρκετ,κουρείο,καφετερια,ζαχαροπλαστείο,πιάτσα ταξι στα 50 μέτρα. Πάρκινγκ σχετικά εύκολο στο δρόμο.
