House vacation rentals in Assis Chateaubriand

I highly recommend this place. Hosts were super helpful. Cleide was cordial and I was able to relax the check-in/check-out. I booked the space to spend the new year with my family and took care of it perfectly. Espaço as per the photos. Well equipped kitchen, barbecue also (with grill and skewers). The swimming pool was clean and running smoothly. The space was clean, as was the bedroom and bathrooms. It was worth it!

It was a good stay, it was worth it for the cost benefit. The neighborhood was far from the center, but very quiet. Just a suggestion, it would be very nice if the host offered the en-suite bathroom, not just the social bathroom, as the house accommodates several people. But overall, everything went well.

Everything was fine with the stay, he was able to serve us very well.

AIRBNB 'S BEST HOME! The house is extremely impeccable in cleaning, organizing, all furnished and with all possible appliances, including even iron. Charming house owners: friendly, caring, helpful. Heated pool, clean, large and with privacy (high house walls) I LOVED the stay, great value for money. When in doubt, choose this house!!

The perfect stay. By the time I arrived, the air conditioners were already connected and the host was able to quickly explain what was necessary in a clear and very friendly way by putting herself in the mood for any doubt.

We came to Cascavel with our family of five for two back-to-back weddings and found Ivani/Ana’s place to be a wonderful experience. The house was very well located and the perfect size for our needs. Ana also keeps her house spotless! Our kids enjoyed the pool and we also had Brazilian churrasco at the indoor grill inside the house. We really appreciated how Ana went above and beyond helping us with a few items. She was very easy to communicate with and I got to practice my Portuguese with her. A couple recommendations for the host is to clear the clothes in the closets for guests to use the space. And perhaps fix the garage alarm since one day when it rained, the water coming down somehow triggered a very loud alarm at 6am. Not the best to wake up! :) Despite those couple of small things, Ana’s place deserves a five-star rating!

The host Érica was very attentive, offered to answer any questions or needs I had. I traveled with my wife for an overnight stay at the house, and the property was very helpful. It was quick to get there by highway, in a quiet neighborhood. The property is a single bedroom, but it is impeccable, you could certainly spend much more time in it. The only tips I give to the host if she wants to add even more value to the property would be to work on improving the Wifi signal range and maybe install a simple washing machine (or tank) in an extra space in the bathroom. Besides, I believe that absolutely nothing was missing, the property is very good and we liked it very much. We intend to come back more often.

Good house, met my needs very well

We stayed for two days in the house, and we liked it very much. Exactly as in the photos, with everything planned, equipped and clean, very easily at check-in and check-out. When we get back to Cascavel, we're sure to try a new accommodation! It is recommended for those who are traveling with family and in need of quiet.
