Nice studio located on the 2nd floor of a building without elevator access. Optimal accessibility by public transit (train, bus, tram) and by car. 15 minutes from the city center, close to the ING ARENA, the Basilica. Free street parking. Sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the center, without being out of the way; it's the perfect compromise for visiting the Capital and its surroundings. The amenities are designed so that young and old, couples or families can have a comfortable stay.

This studio has everything you need for a pleasant stay (new bedding, equipped kitchen, internet, etc.). It is on the 2nd floor of a small building without elevator access located at the foot of the Basilica and close to several shops (grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacies, etc.). You will find a tram stop around the corner and the nearest metro station (Simonis) will take you to the city center in 10 minutes. You can also easily park your car in the neighborhood.
