Huis Potaerde: country house near Brussels

This renovated country house is ideal for a stay up to 8 people. Huis Potaerde is situated in the old farm buildings on the square farm 'de Potaerdehoeve' ( now a modern dairy farm with cows and clalfs : to visit!), dated from 1772. Authenticity and class were central to the renovation. The location is extremely quiet, the cows graze on the adjacent meadows... And all this near the bustling center of Brussels! With its rural location, this country house is the ideal place to relax. Unique!

Cozy accomodation studio near Ribaucourt Station

The Studio is at the top 4th floor (the attic) and has a separate and independent entrance (no elevator and nor air-conditioned). We are 25 min walking distance to the city center (15min by metro). The Studio is just 1 minute from the metro station Ribaucourt, so you can get easily straight into central Brussels. There is a small equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet inside the studio. This is not a hotel but a private house with a separate Studio for Airbnb. We live in the same building.

The city center is 15 minutes by public transport (easily accessible from the apartment) and 10 minutes by car (easy parking in the neighborhood).

Welcome to this modern house in Asse. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is ideal for hikers and cyclists. There are hiking and cycling trails right at the door. It is a perfect place to enjoy peace and nature. The house is located in the hilly Pajottenland. Moreover, it is only a 10-minute walk from the train station to Brussels or Dendermonde. It is a 4-star holiday home obtained by Logies Vlaanderen.
