Perfect place to stay. quiet neighborhood, nice fenced in yard so my dogs could run around. Short walk to the beach and restaurants are also in walking distance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Karen's place! For most of the time the weather was rainy, windy and chilly, so we did not get to enjoy the outdoors as we would have liked. But the views were still amazing - made even more dramatic and beautiful with the dark and stormy skies! The home was cozy and comfortable - a real treat to be there! Would definitely return to this amazing place!

We love coming to Georgetown and love staying at Rick's place. It's perfect for us, and we can relax there. The house is beautiful with great amenities. My mom appreciates the walk-in shower. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking. The beds are comfortable, as is the furniture in living and dining rooms. Rick is a fantastic host. I highly recommend this home!

Jill’s vacation home was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 5 kids ages 1-13. The house was very clean and super cozy! Our family visited for Thanksgiving and we were able to prep our entire meal in the well-stocked kitchen and had room for all of us to sit to eat. The family room and kitchen area were large enough for us to all to play games, watch tv, and for the kids to play with their toys. The location was perfect, close to everything but far enough away to be able to sit outside peacefully (even though it was cold!) or take walks from the property. Jill was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed for our arrival. I would highly recommend this vacation rental! This was definitely one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in.

This was my second time staying at John's and it was just a wonderful this time around. Easy walk to the beach, wonderful view from the deck onto the channel, and nearby restaurants and grocery store. My dogs and I love the location, layout, views, and amenities (dogs especially love napping in the sunshine on the deck), and will 100% come back in the future!

We enjoyed our one-night stay very much. The cabin is located along a quiet country road, 15 minutes from downtown Salisbury, surrounded by a farm with chickens and a friendly goat. The cabin was very clean, had everything we needed (and then some), and was decorated with a lot of care and love. We’d stay here again.

The house was huge—there was lots of space for everyone!! The WiFi was not working, but Marcia came right away and fixed it. The beds were comfortable!

House is in one of the best spots for easy in and out of inlet access to beach, shopping, and restaurants. Gives you an extremely personal, and private way to thoroughly enjoy beach life environment. Doug was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Hospitality beyond expectations, which made the stay that much more enjoyable.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Delaware! The home was clean, beautiful, and just as described. Serena was easy to work with and very responsive. With the pool, access to the bay, walkable neighborhood, and close proximity to restaurants and the beach, we would love to stay here again!!

We had the most beautiful Thanksgiving gathering at Casey’s Porch on the bay for an extended family reunion. The house is lovely - spacious, gorgeous and cozy at the same time. The views on the water were amazing. There were plenty of beds and ‘hang out’ spots for our tweens and teens, and 3 private baths for the adult couples were much appreciated. And our hosts could not have been more helpful and friendly. Thank you for giving us this opportunity to make more happy memories together!

House was very cute and in a great neighborhood. We stayed for 2 months and we were happy that is was dog friendly. Close to the beach and good restaurants

This was the cleanest, nicest place we have ever stayed in! Everything was perfect for our sister stay. Wonderful place, updated kitchen, bathrooms and easy to use sliders. Porch table and chairs, room darkening shades. Management company top of their game. Would love to come back with my husband, would also like to bring our medium sized non shedding dog, but $200 fee a stay be it two nights or two months is a bit steep. We have traveled with him a lot and have never seen a fee so high. I understand why it is so high with having to deep clean furniture and fumigate for those allergic who may rent after us. Keep up the great work, will check out some of your other locations, but the St. Tropez is going on a favorite list! Thank you!!

We travel with service dogs & it is rare to find a place to allows dogs and is so well cared for. Samantha also decorated for Christmas, which is why we were there … to visit with family for the holidays. What a thoughtful host. Even the way the home is set up was done with ‘guests’ in mind. We look forward to staying there again!

We had an amazing stay at Surrey’s Airbnb! Checking in was a breeze, and the house was spotless. The updated kitchen and ample space made it comfortable for our group, and the cozy rooms felt like home. Even during the off-season, there were plenty of activities to enjoy. The wrap-around porch with a pool table and games was a highlight for us! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the area. A quick tip: Don’t forget to bring your own sheets and towels, as they’re not provided. This didn’t take away from the experience at all, though—it’s just something to keep in mind when packing. Surrey and Vera were outstanding hosts and communicators. Vera went above and beyond, even during an unusual snowstorm, ensuring the driveway was cleared and the steps were safe for us to check-in. All in all, a great stay. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting Rehoboth Beach!

Wonderful 3-night stay in a very cute rental home! Great communication with the owner and she even let us know that we could enter our rental hours before the official check-in. The home was very clean and I would recommend!

This is an excellent home and the host is just awesome! Very responsive and proactively made sure we had the best time over there in OC. This is our first trip with our 6 month old pet and she was very happy and we had no problem at all. Very highly recommended. This will be our go to place in OC

My husband and I and our 2 dogs had an exceptional mini getaway. Location was perfect, honestly like 20 steps till you were on the beach! The unit was very spacious, open layout, large rooms, bright and cheerful and beautifully decorated. The furniture was modern and stylish, beds were extremely comfortable, bathroom had a beautiful walk-in shower with great water pressure, and the kitchen was to die for! Large and fully stocked with everything you could need, gorgeous countertops and ss appliances and a basket with all the necessities plus some little extras to make you feel right at home. There's also a wonderful porch for relaxing, we especially liked the optional doggie gates.⁹ Our host, Hollin made everything super easy and simple. Communication was a breeze from the very start. Hollin was very friendly, responsive and onsiderate. I feel like she genuinely went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience. Which we did and we definitely plan to stay again next year!

We booked this property on AirBnB, but later found out that we would have saved a lot of money booking directly through the rental agency, which we will do next time.

Sunny Days is a fun place for a family gathering - in our case to attend a festival. Bill+ are great hosts: you know upfront everything about the property, and they deliver!! Wonderful hosts!

if you need a place with privacy and respite with beautiful sunsets this is the place to go. we took our dogs and it was great for our dogs in that there was an outdoor deck that was fenced in as well as a yard area for the dogs to go to the bathroom in a little spot on the beach to take small walks. I also took my elderly mom and she appreciated the ramp as well as the low shower in the main floor bedroom. this place accommodates elderly, dogs, kids, people who want to do water activities, or people who just want to get away and rock in a rocking chair. there were a lot of games and activities in the house for probably ages 12 and up. host was absolutely fantastic as well

Had a great stay! Apartment was very clean and simple yet a great size for four guests and multiple dogs that we brought! Wendie was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Definitely will book from now on as a place to stay when we come into town to see family!
