Vacation rentals with beach access in Assateague Island

Felt super comfortable there. Everything was in walking distance beach, great restaurants bars and we even utilized the kitchen for breakfast and lunch. Loved the coffee set up and the quite seating area on the water out back. We def would recommend and would love to stay again!

The host is very responsive. She communicated quickly as well. She was very helpful when we had a question. The place is cute, clean, and uncluttered. Easy walk to the boardwalk or anywhere else you want to go.

We’ve stayed at Jeff & Carri’s place twice now, and both times we’ve had a great experience. The location is ideal, and the space has everything that our family of three needs. We will definitely come back!

So first of all I haven’t been on vacation in 5 years lol. This place was absolutely wonderful my daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Lots to do and we felt right at home I 1000% recommend!

Very nice family space. Nice area to play games or watch movies on the rainy days. Kathy was super helpful with parking and getting settled.

It was a great experience staying at Heather’s condo. The beach was a minute’s walk away and so were some great restaurants. The condo was spotless and had everything we could need.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Pravda’s Ocean City condo. The location is walking distance to the beach, as well as many great restaurants. Two nice sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen with all the utensils you could need, and a washer and dryer. Even though it is a condo in a multi-unit building, I never heard any neighbors or excessive noise from inside the unit. I had a pleasant stay.

The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures. We spent a lot of time on the lovely balcony looking at the bay and wildlife, very relaxing. The welcome bag was a lovely touch.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was fantastic for the kids to ride bikes on the boardwalk by themselves.

Rosa’s home is a perfect getaways spot! It’s clean, spacious and quiet. Everything you need is in the home. The neighborhood is perfect for walking the dogs and everyone is friendly. It’s a quick 10-15 minute drive to the beach and boardwalk inlet. We definitely would stay here again when we need a place to stay. Rosa is super helpful and always responded quickly!

We ran into an issue when we first booked, and Elizabeth went out of her way to make sure it was taken care of. Then, we were delayed in getting there because of Hurricane Helene and she again made sure we were taken care of. Would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area!

Great location at Chincoteague! Very clean, and amenities in this home are great! Kitchen is fully-stocked with all the basic necessities to be able to make home-cooked meals, even on vacation. My 5-yr old appreciated the toys and books available. My husband appreciated the milk steamer on the coffee machine. I appreciated the indoor wood shutters on the windows. Chip and Courtney is also very proactive and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again when visiting Chincoteague in the future.

Our stay was Great. Tammy was very accommodating and available if needed. The atmosphere in the home was peaceful. Next time I go to Ocean City Maryland I would definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at Patrick’s place! It had everything we needed for a long weekend on the shore. A very comfortable home. Patrick was extremely responsive and helpful, with easy check in and check out. The kitchen was particularly lovely and well appointed! The house number is a little small so keep an eye out. And the mosquitos were fierce - don’t forget bug spray! Thanks, Patrick!

Jessica, you were a great host with a beautiful home as described. Your instructions and suggestions were spot on and very helpful. You were very proactive and friendly with your check ins. We will highly recommend this place and will definitely be repeat customer. Any chance we can put a request for the same time next year meaning Thursday and Friday nights on Easter weekend 2026. This is our fourth? fifth? stay at Sundar's lovely spot. Private, gorgeous beach out back, great expansive views out front with ships in the distance. Home is very comfortable. We are always there in November so don't swim, or kayak, or fish. Just enjoy the comfortable home and the walks on the beach. Sundar is always very responsive and available. Kitchen has everything you need. Appliances are great. Beds are comfortable. No clutter of owner's cast-offs which many airbnb homes have. We will be back next year!!

Michelle's place was spacious and well-appointed for myself and four other people. The water pressure was great, there was plenty of hot water for showers, and it was conveniently located. The neighborhood was quiet, and while we didn't have time to enjoy the amenities, the screened-in porch was lovely to enjoy and, best of all, free! The beds were firm and comfortable; the apartment was very clean! Thanks for a great stay, Michele!

We really enjoyed the convenience of the location and how easily accessible all the restaurants in stores were. waking up in the morning with the beach right beside us was amazing. we would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This was a great place to stay. It's on the north end of Ocean City, so we'll removed from a lot of the touristy stuff. Really great access to the beach that had lots of open space and absolutely no crowding. The place was well appointed and very comfortable.

An amazing place! Double balconies for sunrise and sunset views. Very peaceful and friendly neighbors. Everything within walking distance. Would highly recommend! Natasha was very quick to respond to any questions or needs you may have.

This is a cute place that is right on the bay so you can enjoy beautiful water views yet it’s an easy walk to the beach. The unit is nicely furnished. The shower with multiple jets was great. We appreciated being able to bring our small dog. We also appreciate the welcome bottle of wine!

Another great stay. The location can't be any better, central OC at it's best. Easy walk to the beach. We tried Barrio Taco this time, it's huge, recently remodeled. Dead Freddie's across the street is a plus. Plenty of room for our family. We'll be back! Raif went above and beyond with his hospitality - thank you.

Mike’s beach house is perfect for a family or group trip. More than enough space to fit everyone and the location is amazing. You’re less than a 5min walk to the beach but also return to a quiet dock rental. It was so calm sitting on the porch each morning looking at the water. Far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy the boardwalk and attractions when wanted. He’s super communicative as well. Would definitely stay again.

Really have no complaints about Jen’s place!!! There is so much space, it’s very cozy and homie. TVs in every room. The deck is so cute to sit outside and play some games or eat breaker/dinner. You have two parking spots, access to the beach and many restaurants around you. The bus stop to take you to the boardwalk is not a far walk either so you have unlimited access to everything you need. This was my first time back to OC MD in a long time and Jen’s place was the right place. 10/10 and will hopefully be staying again soon 😁
