Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Assagao

The place was very clean, and nicely decorated, minimally. We had a small verandah to ourselves with an outdoor kitchen, which had all necessary utensils. The bathroom doesn't have an exhaust, and has a window, because of which mosquitoes get in, so we made sure we kept the bathroom door closed. We didn't face any issues, it was a comfortable stay. Special mention to Sameer, who was the caretaker and was present at the property. He was a really cool guy, and gave us honest recommendations. :)

The name serne waters does justice to the experience. absolutely serene and right infornt of water. The place is right out of a fairy tale, decorated beautifully. only thing better than the place is the host Leo himself. He guided us on all things GOA and made all arrangements. Truly and amazing experience

The room is a part of Ginger Tree resorts at anjuna. So all the amenities of resort like pool, coffee maker and breakfast can be used by the Airbnb guests as well. The location is 5 mins by drive / 20 mins walk to the beach. The rooms are quite old though and need repair and maintenance. But it was good enough for the cost they are charging. we enjoyed the garden and lawn space outside a lot. Also for a pet owner it is always a plus. The host Nishant who runs the resort is really nice, he let us check-in two hrs early and also allowed for breakfast on check-in as we were going to skip the breakfast on checkout day. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We, a group of 4 orthopaedic surgeons visited Goa for a conference and stayed at Leo's serene waters homestay at Ribandar for 6 days Pros: 1) friendly host 2) few metres from highway connecting Panjim and old goa 3) dining area overlooking backwater with mangrove forest 4) two wheelers available for rent, lent to us by Mr. Shafi 5) peaceful environment away from city Cons: 1) bathroom could have been better with uninterrupted hot water supply 2) the room was not cleaned and the bedspread and blanket was not changed not even once over the 6 days period of our stay

The secret garden is like a hidden retreat, tastefully curated by Helene. From cute wind-chimes at the doors, antique furniture, colourful garden decor, a well-lit pool to an AMAZING BREAKFAST that she cooks for her guests, using the vegetables and fruits that she grew herself in her garden!!! You’d see a ‘chikoo’ tree right by the pool side, and all the other vegetables growing around. The place is luxurious and yet authentic, in contrast with the nature around it. It can inspire anyone to create, learn and just to live fully in the moment, for a while! They try to provide their guests with utmost convenience, from booking a scooter for their stay to arranging a pick-up and drop, from the airport. And the best part is, you won’t even realise when the house- keeping will just quickly fix your room, while you’ll be having your breakfast or taking a dip in the pool. As soon as you come back to your room, you’ll see your bed, all made, water bottle refilled with cold water, cleaned bathroom and used towels replaced with the fresh ones. Our stay lasted for 3 days and honestly, the beautiful memories from this place have hijacked everything else that we did in Goa.

Leo is a great host indeed. Easy to approach and very humble. Place lives upto its name "Serene Waters". It's peaceful and quiet away from crowd. Has a nice little pool where you can relax and enjoy food. Leo makes sure food he serves is less in oil, spices and is more like what you get at home. He is always happy to have conversations and shares stories about place and what all things you can see. He goes beyond to help his guests to facilitate their stay and make them comfortable. 100% recommend it and if I get chance would again stay at the place.

Extremely helpful host- Tanaaz, she helped us with early check-in and late check-out due to our odd flight times. property is close to baga beach... 4-5mins walk. The manager at property mintu as well as the staff dhiraj were polite and helpful... they helped us with renting scooty and getting cabs. place was maintained neatly. Tito's Lane is 2mins drive... with all the night clubs and multiple shacks are available at walkable distance. Reminder- Carry your own toiletry(shampoo n soap) and Dental kits as well.

Gitanjali was a really nice host and the place is done well. It’s a peaceful part of town with a really nice lake view. Both Gitanjali and the help were always prompt and helpful. Would surely recommend! The breakfast is simple yet superb

It was the absolute best stay ever!!! The location is so peaceful and beautiful and yet so close to everything that’s happening around. The staff is beyond kind and helpful and the room itself makes you feel so comfortable and right at home. I have nothing to complain and would come again immediately!

Nice clean room, lovely balcony, and courteous staff. Do be aware it is a wellness center, not a typical bed and breakfast, and read the house rules - no smoking or alcohol permited. The veg breakfast was delicious!

This is an amazing place to stay if you want something in mid budget category. Super clean rooms with basic amenities. We had reached before time so we were also provided with early check in facility without any hassle. The host is also very friendly. You also get to choose your breakfast which has lot more of options suiting everyones need. All major beaches are also at a commutable distance from this place.

Had a great stay, staff was incredibly polite and even offered to upgrade my room, very clean place and totally worth staying here.

Brendan's place was beautiful! he was very helpful and friendly. The property is easy to find and very close to Cajy's bar, which has become one of my favourite places to hangout. The room was well ventilated and the washroom was quite big. No nonsense kinda place which I loved ! Easy check-in and check-out! would love to visit again!🌞

Naythen's place is a perfect base in Benaulim. It's a short walk to shops and restaurants and about 15 minutes to the beach (or just grab a cheap rickshaw). The apartment is as described - Mediterranean minimalist style with a big bathroom, two balconies, good air con and really comfortable bed. An added bonus is use of a washing machine. Breakfast is delicious and Naythen has been really helpful from word go. He also gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Recommended.

Aniceto along with his wife Maria and daughterinlaw Pragati were excellent hosts. They are warm, friendly and very helpful

Probably the best property to stay where you can enjoy peace and kudos to the staff working there as well for serving us great surely had lot of memories with this place and i am surely going to visit this place back soon.
