This is a wonderful place for those who like peace and privacy. A charming villa surrounded by greenery. Spacious, comfortable, every detail is thought out. Very caring and discreet hostess. The kitchen had everything: oil, salt, spices, even water, wine, beer and lemonade for the kids! Perfect!

Anastasios is a really friendly host, and the location was great. We enjoyed our stay.

The place is very clean and cosy. It is beautufully decorated and comfortable. The house is situated in the center but is still very peacefull and quiet. It is almost directly on the beautiful organized beach. The hosts are very nice, we felt more than welcome, so did our dog. There is a beautiful space in the front yard which is furnished very comfortably. You can spend there your days, evenings and your afternoons, because the sun comes only at sunrise. The airconditioning also works fine. it was a very hot summer, but the house is in the shade. There is also a nice backyard, where you can feel secluded and have some privacy. There is a nice bakery 3 min away from the house, supermarket and many tavernas and coffee shops. We had a great time with my family! Thank you Stergiani!

Приятен апртамент, Деян е прекрасен хост, имаше дребен проблем със щорите, който той незабавно отстрани. Освен това беше препоръчал ресторанти, сладкарници и барове, които посетихме и останахме много доволни. Определено бихме отседнали пак при него. Мястото е добро, близо до центура и много близо до плажа и съществременно не си баш в лудницата. Единствено, че малко де чува шума от колите.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Paleokastro! It’s such a peaceful and authentic place — waking up to birdsong and hearing nightingales at night was pure magic. Debby, the owner, is very very kind and even brought us some delicious local treats. Her daughter Asthasia welcomed us warmly, gave us a lovely tour, and shared great tips for local beaches, supermarkets, and tavernas. They really made us feel at home. The house is simple but very tastefully decorated, fully equipped, and we especially enjoyed the private barbecue area — perfect for relaxed evenings outside. The only very small thing we noticed was that it would be nice if the showerhead could hang, but honestly, it didn’t bother us at all. We left feeling completely relaxed and full of good memories. We can’t recommend this place enough!

The hosts were very welcoming and hospitable. They also recommended great restaurants and child-friendly beaches. Overall, a very good place to stay in if you're looking for a peaceful holiday.

Die Adresse ist nur mit Beschreibung zu finden, diese wird aber sehr akribisch und gut geliefert. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, allerdings auch abgeschieden. Der nächste Strand ist steinig. Auf der alten Straße Richtung Kavala, ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt, befindet sich ein sehr schöner, sandiger Strandabschnitt mit öffentlichem Zugang aber auch mit einer Strandbar. Das Haus hat einen beschatteten Hofparkplatz. Man kann nur rückwärts in den Hof einfahren. Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Das Erdgeschoss wird durch ein Klimagerät ausreichend gekühlt. Die Schlafräume im OG verfügen über je ein Klimagerät. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Jedes Zimmer hat ein Fernsehgerät. Uns wurde erst vor Ort bewusst, dass das Haus eigentlich Platz für zwei kleine Familien bietet. Die Nachbarschaft ist hundefreundlich. Für gehbehinderte Menschen ist das OG ungeeignet. Wir haben uns, trotz knapp 40°C, sehr wohl gefühlt.
