Après 2 ans 1/2 de gros travaux de rénovation, nous sommes heureux de pouvoir enfin commencer à accueillir nos hôtes dans ce hâvre de paix aménagé dans les caves voûtées d'une ancienne bergerie. Idéalement situé en lisière de la Forêt du Beynon qui marque l'entrée du Parc des Baronnies Provençales. Facilement accessible depuis la sortie de l'autoroute A51, parfait pour rayonner dans les Baronnies, mais aussi autour de Gap jusqu'au Champsaur et au Lac de Serre Ponçon !

Peace and quiet guaranteed in a natural setting reserved just for you! Located at 1300m, the 65 m2 chalet is contemporary and bright, warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer. Enjoy lunch on the terrace, in the shade of the weeping willow, or in the garden under the maple tree. Explore the mountain on foot or mountain bike from the cabin, or with snowshoes or back-country skis at 5' driving. Autumns are brightly colored. The mythical Céüze rock-climbing area and the Dévoluy ski area are nearby!

Notre roulotte toute neuve et tout confort (clim réversible) vous attend à proximité de notre ferme. Dans votre jardin ombragé avec spa, vous serez idéalement placé pour profiter de nos montagnes et de toutes leurs activités: randonnées, ski (Devoluy) et lac (Veynes) à 15 min... La roulotte possède une petite cuisine équipée, des sanitaires interieurs, WiFi, TV connectée, hamac, chaises longues, barbecue... Draps, serviettes, ménage inclus. Petit déjeuner local (10€/pers) Idéal télétravail.

Les lavandes du Bersac avec piscine

Maison en rez-de-jardin située au Bersac avec une vue exceptionnelle sur toute la vallée. D’une surface de 106 m², elle offre un cadre calme et naturel, idéal pour se ressourcer. Elle dispose d’une chambre avec un lit double de 160*200, d’une chambre avec deux lits simples et un vrai canapé-lit 160*200 dans le salon. Les espaces de vie sont lumineux et confortables. À l’extérieur, terrasse et piscine/couloir de nage de 20 mètres, de mai à septembre, et d’un jardin agréable face au panorama.

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.
