Östergård is a house with history where you live comfortably but with old-fashioned charm. Lake Bolmen is a few hundred meters from the farm and within walking distance you can reach lovely beaches or the boat that you can borrow if you want to go out and try your luck at fishing. The house includes a spacious garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and dining area, a large living room, a smaller room and a lovely veranda. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with four beds, bathroom and toilet.

Also included is a rowboat so you can go out and row on the lake. The house is only 5 minutes from the city center by car and about 10 minutes by bicycle. A very idyllic area with Älmhult's marina as a neighbor with life and movement. Camping is 5 minutes away by bicycle, which has a restaurant and full rights. Best location in Älmhult's community with proximity to IKEA museum and IKEA department store.

Terrace from which the lake view can be enjoyed The house is not luxurious but spacious, cozy and incredibly beautiful. 7 beds in 3 bedrooms and 4 extra beds in unheated annex. Note: The bathroom floor has settled, which means that baths must be taken while sitting in the bathtub

The house has its own jetty and fishing rights as well as a fireplace, a large terrace with a Jacuzzi and is surrounded by beautiful nature and lovely lake views. There are 4 separate bedrooms with room for a total of 6 people, large kitchen and open social areas. We include sheets and other amenities as well as access to bicycles, two canoes and barbecue in the rent. There is also the possibility to rent a boat.

The house is located at the old marketplace Hultamarken with proximity to Lake Åsnen, 3000m. The Bjurkärr and Trollberget National Parks are only a 15-20 minute drive away. Within half the time, you will reach Huseby Bruk and Husebymaden with its sights and history.
