Östergård is a house with history where you live comfortably but with old-fashioned charm. Lake Bolmen is a few hundred meters from the farm and within walking distance you can reach lovely beaches or the boat that you can borrow if you want to go out and try your luck at fishing. The house includes a spacious garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and dining area, a large living room, a smaller room and a lovely veranda. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with four beds, bathroom and toilet.

The cottage "Sjöbranten" is surrounded by trees down to a lake. There are no visible neighbors, so here you can enjoy the quiet tranquility of the forest. Private swimming bridge with rowboat, inflatable kayaks, paddle board and various swimming animals. Terrace from which the lake view can be enjoyed The house is not luxurious but spacious, cozy and incredibly beautiful. 7 beds in 3 bedrooms and 4 extra beds in unheated annex. Note: The bathroom floor has settled, which means that baths must be taken while sitting in the bathtub

Charming guest house with two apartments in Hulevik

During peak season, week 24-35, only weekly rentals with a changeover day on Saturday apply. The guest house has a unique character with many charming details. It consists of two apartments, each floor with 6 beds and dining area for 6 people. The guest house has a large beautiful garden with an idyllic patio where you can sit and eat together. On the patio, there is also a wood-fired hot tub, barbecue and a large wooden deck for sunny days. Football field and swings for the kids are also found in the garden.

There are 4 separate bedrooms with room for a total of 6 people, large kitchen and open living areas. We include sheets and other amenities as well as access to bicycles, two canoes and barbecue in the rental rental. Possibility to rent a boat.

Das kleine Cottage (30 qm plus 10 qm) ist im August 2023 neu fertiggestellt worden und liegt ganz für sich alleine auf einer kleinen Farm mit Tieren Die Pferde & Schafe grasen teilweise direkt hinter dem Haus und man kann diese Idylle von der Terrasse und den Liegestühlen im Garten genießen. Die Tiere sind allesamt zahm und freuen sich betüddelt zu werden :-). Achtung: das Schlafloft erreicht man über eine Treppenleiter! Ein Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen & die schwedische Natur zu genießen

Lake House at Skälsnäs Mansion in Småland

On a peninsula of the famous Lake Helga in Småland, with a rich fish population, forests and an abundance of animals, we rent out a lake house directly on the lake. Horses and sheep graze on the property, which was once owned by Gustav Wasa. Dogs (max. 2) are welcome, at a cost of € 12 per dog/night. A boat (4.5 hp motor) can be hired for €50/day including fuel. You can also rent our ‘Guesthouse’ (see there) and ‘Brygghus’ (see there), both with lake view.
