Stenhaga - lake house

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating dock with bathing ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Scheduled lax. A fish is included in the rental rental then SEK 130/ lax. Rowboat is included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled all the way to the side, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with open fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, apple tv.

Our cottage is peacefully located in beautiful nature, close to lake and forest and attractions such as Åsnen National Park (about 30 km away) The cottage consists of one room with sleeping loft, small kitchen and bathroom with shower and wood-fired sauna. The cabin is heated with wood. Max 2 persons. Beds in sleeping loft. Bed linen+towels are included or rented (SEK75/pp). Upon check-out, we expect you to clean according to the cleaning schedule available in the cabin. Otherwise, you'll pay SEK500 for cleaning. Dogs and cats are in the yard.

The cottage is suitable for those who want to live in the countryside with free-range chickens around the corner, walking distance to the swimming area at Åsnen, hiking trails and the opportunity to paddle the canoe in Aggaå or take a trip on Åsnen. Access to canoe and life jackets is included in the rent May-Aug. You have a porch with beautiful views of fields and lake Åsnen in the background. A perfect place if you want to enjoy nature and country life.

Having enjoyed my first season as an airbnb-host with sooo nice guests I now really look forward to the season 2023! My newly renovated cottage is across the courtyard to my house. Your main entrance is facing mine, but outside the backdoor you´ll find all the space you need to be on your own – with a view just to the farmer´s land and the lake. Nice beaches on convenient distance and within a radius of 10 km you will find the Åsnen National Park, cosy cafés, farmers shops and much more.

Lovely cottage from the 50s with nice vintage furniture inspired by the same decade. Is the last cottage on the way out on a promontory in Vittsjö lake area so here you have the peace and quiet, but is still only a walk from shops and trains. The forest in front of the knot and lovely hiking areas. Good fishing just meters from the front door. You will wake up with a beautiful view of the lake. Enjoy the starry skies and the owls' howling at night.
