Stuga Fritiden - a natural stop

My little house is an affordable place to stay with an ideal location. Turn off and find the accommodation at the back of my house. A private wooden deck around the house provides a nice patio and if you feel like barbecuing, everything you need is available. What do you want to visit? Österlen? Copenhagen? Lund? Malmö? Hven? The accommodation is 800 meters from the train station, a ten-minute walk from the golf course and 250 meters from the ICA store with generous opening hours. The tiled bathroom comes with a shower and toilet, fridge and microwave, of course.

Apartment in part of Skånegård. Open floor plan with 2 rooms and a private large bathroom. Double bed on the ground floor and three single beds in the sleeping loft. Walking distance to the Pågata train station. There are dogs, cats, and horses on the property. Possibility to bring your own pets. In the courtyard, from May through September, there is access to a heated pool from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., a trampoline, Ping-pong table and golf simulator (these spaces are shared with the host family). Charging station for electric car at cost.

The price is based on two guests. For additional guests, there is an extra fee of 500 SEK per night per person. If you are bringing dogs, there is a fee of 500 SEK per dog for the entire stay.

The house is in a quiet and culturally protected area in central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge, but costs SEK 2/hour around the clock. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple lives in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and two living rooms, one of which has a sofa bed. The yard is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.

Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

There is outdoor furniture and possibility to barbecue. There are also chargers for electric cars that can be borrowed at a cost. Five minutes walking distance to both shop and pizzeria. 7 mins from the E6 freeway. About 1 mile to the nearest town, Landskrona, where there are nice swimming areas, shopping and much more.
