The residence is located between two stables on calm street with little traffic. Rural location with beautiful nature around. If you want to hike or bike, Sotelden is close by and to Ramsvikslandens nature reserve it is 9.2 km. To Nordens Ark it is 15 min with a car, as well as Kungshamn, Smögen & Bovallstrand. Nearby is also to Fjällbacka.

Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.

Enjoy a memorable stay while staying at this unique place. I am a retiree who rents out a separate apartment, with a private entrance, in our villa. During low season, Sept - May. The apartment is rented minimum 3 nights and a discount after 7 nights, even monthly during the low season. The house is quiet and rural in nice Hunnebostrand. About 2 km to the shops, restaurants and swimming. Cleaning is not included. Sheets and towels are not included, but can be purchased.

Despite its few square meters, there is both a simpler kitchen, dining area, WC a comfortable bed of 140 cm. We love sun and swimming and wanted walking distance to the ladder and jetty. Here we just crossed the road and could both swim and have certain meals from the jetty at sunset. Great! In addition, we managed to touch a mighty high pressure in September. So happy! Thank you!

Very beautiful place. Modern accommodation in an archipelago environment. we were only two so the price per person was high. The bed in the loft has a ladder, so we chose to sleep in the sofa bed. Lovely sauna.
