Nice 3 bedroom garden apartment in Florvåg on Askøy. The apartment contains two bedrooms (one with large double bed and the other with spacious family bunk bed), bathroom with washing machine and shower cubicle, well equipped kitchen with dining area and spacious living room. The apartment is located with a short distance to Kleppestø which has a boat connection directly to Bergen downtown. Bus stops can be found short distance from the apartment. Convenience store within walking distance and nice hiking opportunity with the apartment as a starting point. Access road is steep.

Absolutely unique, seaside and modern property in the entrance to Bergen. Fantastic 180° sea view with the great Askøy Bridge in the middle of the sight. Here you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or morning coffee, on the large terrace, while studying boating just outside. Great cruise ships sail majestically past, about in the middle of the living room. About 15 minutes by car to Bergen city center. Otherwise, you can take the bus from the bus stop nearby. There is also passenger boat connection from Kleppestø quay, not far away.

Rent the whole cottage for some nice days right on the water's edge. There are good sun conditions both on the dock and on the terrace at the entrance to the cottage. Boat rental is included in price as you have to use a boat to get to the cabin. The boat can of course also be used for other activities such as fishing or just nice trips on the fjord at sunset. The cabin is located right by Hjeltefjorden where there are many nice fishing spots. There is also a canoe on the cabin with room for 3 people for guests to use

Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

If I could give Elisabeth 10 stars I would!! We booked our Norwegian vacation months in advance and I asked Elisabeth her advice on activities, sights, food etc. She had multiple suggestions; all excellent!! If I had any questions about activities or places to go when we arrived, she oftentimes answered instantly!! Her place is clean, quiet, and many lovely areas to take a stroll. Bus transportation was excellent with about a 3 minute walk to the bus stop and about a 10-15 minute bus ride to Bergen center. We did not rent a car and got around just fine. There are 2 grocery stores within walking distance and we prepared multiple meals in Elisabeth's well-stocked kitchen. We discovered "The Pizza Man," restaurant, also within walking distance and enjoyed meeting the very enthusiastic owner, Jan and had 2 great meals there!! Pizza is awesome as are the "twisty fries." We did experience some rain while we were there, but we did as the Norwegians do; put on our raincoats and had fun!!

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Rune’s place. The house is clean and beautifully decorated. The surrounding property is beautifully maintained and has a lovely garden. The beds are comfy. And to top it off, there is a working wood burning fireplace! This Airbnb was one of the best we have stayed at and we will hopefully be back sooner rather than later.

We so much enjoyed our stay at Karense’s beautiful house! The house is so thoughtful decorated and sparkling clean! Jacuzzi was of course a blast and we had a very relaxing weekend. The area is kids and fishing friendly and we felt very welcome here! Totally recommended!

Wonderful and very spacious house (3 double and two single bedrooms, two living rooms and an office room in addition to the kitchen and dining room) in a nice and quiet environment. Especially suited for groups. Nice hikes nearby.

We had a really lovely time at Ingrid's house. Lovely kitchen, Ingrid was very helpful and communicative.

After a nightmare experience with our last Airbnb in Alver, Marte was able to accommodate us last minute, worked out perfectly. We were much closer to Bergen, and could use the bus to get in and out of town (bus 12 or 19), which ran every 10 minutes into downtown area. Bus stop was literally in front of her apartment. We were a 5 minute walk from Coop market to pick up supplies, and she gave us a parking permit to use, so we got to park right in front of the building. We were on 5th floor with striking views of the harbor and surrounding mountains. Full kitchen, combo washer / dryer, 2 brs, one with a convertible sofa, one with double bed, nice sectional sofa & smart tv. Did have issue with tripped circuit from dishwasher, and neighbors were a bit loud one day, but otherwise we had a great stay. The bed pillows were a little skimpy, gave her feedback to get a few more. Note she lives there full time so limited closet & refrigerator/ freezer space. Enjoyed our stay very much!
