Battista's house is a great starting point for discovering the coast near Alghero. Whether you're going to Capo Caccia or heading north, the location is perfect for getting there without any problems and in a short time. Also, if you don't want to travel too long, the beaches are very close. At the same time, for those arriving by plane, the house is close to the airport (but not so close that they are disturbed by the noise of the planes), which is very useful to get there and leave the house. Everything is very well cared for, starting from the outdoor garden, all the way inside. The place is great for relaxing days. Battista is very welcoming and ready to provide the necessary directions. All these things make your home a great starting point for a nice vacation from the parts of Alghero.

The house is in a fantastic location, beautiful view and very nice furnishings! The whole furniture is great and we didn't miss anything. We were 3 families with small children and felt very comfortable due to the good room layout. The heated pool was the absolute highlight.

10 days spent at Villa Mirasol was fabulous - Set just in the outskirts of Alghero this is a wonderful villa surrounded by olive trees and providing views across the countryside to the sea on one side and hills to the other. This provides Peace and tranquility and yet a short drive away (or long walk) you can reach the new and old towns and the restaurants / sites of the area. The villa is spotlessly clean and tidy, the beds very comfortable with memory foam mattress and pillows and fresh clean white sheets. Air conditioning is a bonus in villas like these and to have that for the occasional quick cool down was lovely. There is plenty of space to relax inside and outside on the main terraced area and also a ‘sunset watching area’ within the olive trees where in the evenings you can watch the sunset over the sea while enjoying a glass of local wine. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the pots and pans etc you need to self cater. Mario is an excellent host. Thoroughly recommended.

Very nice and calm location in a residential area with access control. The beach is within walking distance near enough to go down and return several times a day without getting annoyed when you forgot something in the villa. Most of the residents are Italian and therefore you can enjoy the Italian way of holiday. In the residential areas there is a restaurant (upper class) and an enclosed pizza bistro (for take away as well) and a small but well-sorted supermarket, which is open from Monday to Saturday 8:30 - 20:00 h, on Sunday the supermarket is open until 13:00 h. But the supermarket is not within carrying distance. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the supermarket, restaurant and pizza bistro.

We stayed at this property for a week, the house was impeccable and the strategic location to get around. We were 10 20-year-olds and we got some calls for the evening noise. The hosts were very understanding and available for anything, really very kind!

Nice Flat, wiith a nice green Garden und a Terrace, we love it. The beatifil Beach is only a litle Walk 5 Minutes. There’s a good Beachbar, and a Supermarket 5 Minutes away.

The house is very comfortable and particularly well-equipped. Great value for the money The beach is not far , 10 minutes' walk .

Very good stay with Jean Louis, welcoming host full of good house tips in a good location, quiet with shops 10-15 minutes away. Close to Bonifacio and Porto Vecchio (25-30 min). The house was spacious and nice for the group of 5 we were. Thanks again to Jean-Louis!

We had an AMAZING time! The views and sunsets were stunning! Sagi who welcomed us was extremely professional and so welcoming! We can't wait to be back!!

The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and had fly screens everywhere. Spatial separation of the 2 family areas are available. Great, a lot of space. This is a fully equipped house. Incl. bikes with helmets, sup, even tools to fix small things. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. We were 4 adults and 4 children and felt super comfortable. Would come back any time. We spent 10 nights in early October in Michele's villa. The property is really fantastic. House is separated in 2 floors. Ground floor: large kitchen-living room with dining table for 8 people + sofa area. Front garden with covered table for 8 people + couch area. Adjacent to it is a large lawn. In addition, there is a guest toilet with washer/dryer on the first floor as well as two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (1x shower, 1x huge bathtub). 2nd floor: two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom + small kitchenette. The 2nd floor is accessible via a separate entrance only from the outside. In the back garden is a large pool and the barbecue area with another table. The rear garden can be reached from the front but also via the bedroom doors on the ground floor. House is very clean, everything you need is there. Michele is super accessible. The only disadvantage: in the off-season, very few restaurants are open and we have a lot of mosquitoes.

Fantastic find! We had such a relaxing time at Francesco’s place during our honeymoon. You are surrounded by olive trees and beautiful views. The property is a quick drive to local beaches and cute towns. We especially enjoyed our visit to Castelsardo, which is less than 30 minutes away. The host was very responsive and gracious, check-in was easy, and the house is just perfect. As others have mentioned there is plenty of food in the fridge and cabinets upon arrival. The 2 pools are not heated which is worth mentioning only because we had cooler weather during our stay, but that did not stop us from spending time in the pool. Also, the bed was so comfortable! We hope to be back!

We enjoyed the house and Jean Louis was super accommodating. We had some ferry troubles and Jean Louis was very understanding and helpful. Our daughter loved her room and the outdoor area.

We had a wonderful week at Silvia's house. The house is super quietly located, very well equipped and Silvia was always immediately available as a hostess, sent us great excursion tips for the area and recommendations for restaurants. We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.

We enjoyed a wonderful week with our three kids of the ages between 15 and 7 years at Daniele's and Jack's house. The view is stunning - especially the sunsets. We loved the pool and the house provides everything needed. The AC was very useful. Beaches in east, south and west directions are about 30min away by car. The kids had fun watching the airplanes coming in. Daniele and Jack are extremely nice and helpful. Thank you for making this vacation amazing.

Mark's house is very nice, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen is very well-equipped. The pool is large and pleasant. Mark was very responsive to each of my questions. Since the house was not occupied afterwards and our flight was in the evening, we were able to leave in the afternoon and enjoy the pool until the last moment. I would definitely recommend Mark's house.

Staying at Sabrina's place was amazing. We are very fond of the picturesque house, which is quite nicely decorated. Privacy, pool and many sitting areas where they sat coffee are priceless. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for privacy, silence, and yet a clean and beautiful home from which to go on trips.

What a great place to stay. All of us loved it. The kids had space to run and play. The pool was 5 out 5. Really good for kids as there is big shallow bit which was able. We felt welcomed and loved it! We can't wait to come back.
