David has always been suddenly present to every need. Strongly helping us both for an early check-in and for a late check-out, making our experience perfect and very comfortable based on the time of our return plane At the next San Marco David fair!!!

Excellent location for the fair, everything completely clean and has everything that is indicated, a very nice place, I would definitely return, Maye was always attentive to our messages and always resolved our doubts, and she was flexible with the check-in and check-out times, everything excellent, I recommend it 100%.

very attentive to our arrival. The instructions for entering the apartment are very precise and the parking is very accessible. Upon arrival, you have to register your entrance to the housing complex and you're done!

The place is great! It is very conveniently located and is in a private area which makes it very safe, it is very spacious and excellent to spend a few days in the city or for when you go to the best fair in Mexico, the Feria Nacional de San Marcos, the host was always attentive, there was excellent communication and very kind, we appreciate her attention, it will certainly be our first choice on future visits to Aguascalientes.

Super recommended Maribel's accommodation, from the reservation, his communication and kindness are excellent. Upon reaching the accommodation I found that it is a very nice residential area, with security and privacy to enter and exit, places to walk, areas to rest, etc. Access to the accommodation is very easy (it is from the first houses) the instructions are easy and clear. The house is very nice all the furniture is new, the beds have super comfortable mattresses. The house is very well located, a few minutes from the island of San Marcos, less than very close to the center. Maribel was always attentive, respecting my privacy. I have traveled many times to Aguascalientes and this is the best place I have ever stayed. 10 of 10. Thank you Maribel for having such a beautiful place at a very affordable price.

Extremely comfortable accommodation! They are very friendly, attentive and understanding people. They maintain constant communication and attend to any questions or concerns without any problems. The place is clean, quiet, spacious and pleasant. Very close to the sights and around the corner from the truck station. We enjoyed it very much and we only went for work. Thank you!

The house was really very well equipped. The only negative was that the washing machine and the hot water boiler did not work properly and we had to shower with cold water at times. Otherwise really consistently positive and great house!!
