Excellent place. Even better in person. Everything was spot on. MASSIVE THANK YOU TO Khun Ya , the house keeper. Helped to book everything we wanted. Every place,resturant, taxi, transfer, motorbikes. Sweet and friendly lady, excellent service. Breakfast was always on time. If you don't like something, she's helpful to change it and have something else, which is very convinient. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️For Khun Ya. The place is clean, beautiful pool and views throughout the bedrooms. Clean towels everyday. Pool towels too. They offer THE BEST massages also. Big thank you for the ladies which were superb. Clean garden and pool. The location is quite and very relaxing for a family trip. Food is good. You can order from resturants and delivered to the villa. ( western and thai, pizza ) Overall, had excellent family vacation. We don’t even know where to start when reviewing Kevin and his beautiful villa in Koh Samui. From our first conversation Kevin was polite, professional, extremely kind and knowledgeable. He gave us great tips on where to look for cheaper flights, had our rental vehicle arranged and delivered for a one months stay, organized a full day long tail boat trip where we went island hopping, swimming and snorkeling. In addition Kevin gave us great ideas for adventure and activities including the Koh Samui elephant sanctuary, various temples, waterfalls and spas. Kevin arranged private transportation for us from the airport and provided clear instructions for where to meet the driver. Kevin welcomed us to our visit and showed us around the meticulously maintained villa, pool and beach area. As evidence of Kevin’s thoughtfulness he left us with some toiletries and groceries so that we did not have to rush out after a long flight. We would not hesitate to return and encourage you to enjoy Samui

The villa was as shown in the pictures, spacious and even larger than expected. The view was fantastic! While a car is necessary to get around, it’s well worth it for the location and scenery. The support staff were attentive, helpful, and communicated quickly. We stayed as a family and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

I always enjoy staying here. A bit of a hill climb (unless you have motorbike), but great view. Good room too.

Very beautiful place! Close to everything like restaurants, beach, massage, Bangla Road just right on the block. Very convenient. Inside the unit is so clean and the beddings is like a hotel. I highly recommended whoever going to Phuket! And the host is very responsive.

the place was beautiful and we had a comfortable stay. Matches the reviews as per past guests. Kelly provided clear instructions to where to park the car and the accommodation location. the carpark is 1 min walk away from the house. somehow my naver map is unable to pin the carpark location but luckily the car navigation system is able to. we drove a large suv and need abit more care to navigate a couple of alley turns to reach the open space parking lot. from the door way to the main door will require to hand carry the luggugaes as there is no paved walk way. But once enter the house, it feels right at home. the place is clean and tranquil, a very comfortable stay for our whole family. A short walk to the beach and lots of eateries by the beach with couple of convenience stores.

Fantastic stay had by all 6 of us. Very relaxing and peaceful yet a short taxi or car journey to Lamai or Chaweng when we wanted the hustle and bustle. Tone and Par where extremely helpful when needed and went about their daily chores without imposing themselves in anyway. We chose to eat out almost every meal with IBeach a few minutes walk down the beach, and Mordens a few minutes walk in the other direction. Trips out are easily booked and pickups from the villa were easily arranged. It was our first time on Koh Samui and I doubt we would have found anywhere better. Thanks Alan and Nikki for a great time and fantastic villa.
