We had a great stay. It is located in a very peaceful area and surrounded by many trees. Suril is a great host and very responsive. Reaching Ashwem beach takes 7-8 minutes on scooty, mandrem beach takes about 15 minutes on scooty. Many restaurants and cafes on the Main beach road. The air bnb is located little away from the main road and a scooty is recommended to go to the nearby grocery stores. Daily cleaning service is provided free of cost. Overall, it's a great value for the money charged.

The hosts Mr and Mrs Fernandes gave us a very warm welcome and we felt right at home. They arranged a cab pick up for us from the railway station. The house is located in a very silent and peaceful location. All amenities and pictures mentioned in the listing match exactly. They arranged bike rental for us and the entire stay was hassle free. We want to thank the hosts for a great stay and look forward to visiting soon.

Must visit home stay if you are near Pernem. It is spacious, well maintained and clean house with a touch of traditional vibes all around. Thanks to Ranjita for helping out with the of the dates. My stay was wonderful! The host, Ms. Mohini, was always reachable and very helpful throughout. The interiors were beautifully done, and the lighting created a warm and welcoming ambiance. I particularly loved the photo frames and flower vases — they added a lovely touch to the space. The caretaker was also available at all times, which made the stay even more comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to include a pressure cooker or an electric cooker in the kitchen, as it was missing. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

I had a great stay at Meena’s Airbnb! The place was really nice—clean, well-maintained, and stocked with a lot of great amenities that made the stay very comfortable. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful, although there wasn’t much nearby, so it’s best if you have your own transportation or just want a relaxing escape. Overall, a lovely, well-equipped spot hosted by someone thoughtful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

Such an amazing and beautiful place. We went there with our dog and such comfortable stay it was. Security staff is also really friendly at this property. This place is really clean, pretty much all the amenities and really big hall and balcony to just relax and chill. A lot of cafés and restaurants are nearby. Some of the good beaches are also 20mins drive away. Worth the stay. Thank you so much for hosting us.

The location was perfect being so close to many iconic restaurants and local attractions. The home was cozy and clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Sumer was very accommodating and provided great local resturant tips. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and he allowed us a late check out at a nominal fee.
